As you noticed from the poster above the weekend after this one is Zen Mind movie. It’s a journey across the Japan to explain the practice of Zen. It’s simplicity within simplicity. Very powerful practice that might shift our perception for ever and take our life in completely new directions knowing how a little we need in order to create and sustain healthy and happy beings within our humanity.
