Washington, DC – Today Paradigm Research Group placed on the Internet documents from the executive Office of Science and Technology Policy obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by Canadian researcher, Grant Cameron. These documents confirm the effort by billionaire Laurance Rockefeller to persuade President Bill Clinton to begin releasing to the public government held information pertaining to the UFO phenomenon and extraterrestrial life and to provide amnesty to government employees wishing to come forward and testify regarding relevant events and evidence. Rockefeller’s move to effect “disclosure” lasted from March 1993 through 1996. Researchers aware of this effort commonly refer to it as the “Rockefeller Initiative.” While the Initiative itself was not successful, it did lead to engagement of the UFO/ET issue by Associate Attorney General Webster Hubbell, Congressman Steven Schiff, John Podesta, Governor Bill Richardson and others right up until the present time.

The nearly four-year initiative included 1) strategy meetings of researchers held at Rockefeller’s JY Ranch in Colorado; 2) meetings between Rockefeller and President Clinton and Hillary Clinton at the JY Ranch; 3) the commissioning of numerous reports and white papers, including an extensive study titled “Unidentified Flying Objects Briefing Document: The Best Available Evidence” by Don Berliner and Antonio Huneeus; 4) document requests and searches within the Clinton administration; 5) an important symposium, “When Cosmic Cultures Meet”; 6) considerable correspondence between public and private entities, and much more.

Many more Initiative documents are in the hands of other agencies, private citizens and the Clinton Presidential Library. Researcher Grant Cameron early on filed extensive FOIA requests to obtain relevant documents from the Clinton Library, targeting Bill and Hillary Clinton, John Podesta and others. It is these requests which have recently been referred to on CNN and in several newspaper articles.

While the recent questions posed to presidential candidates during debates and campaign stops is encouraging, it is and must be just the beginning of extensive queries to all candidates regarding their knowledge of and intensions toward what is easily the most important issue of this or any other time in history. Furthermore, PRG can state with high confidence the answers so far being given to these questions are evasive and mendacious.

Fulford’s Ninjas: Don’t Hold Your Breath

“Oh my Gawd!” I exclaimed when Benjamin Fulford sent me his picture with David Rockefeller. “He actually met the Grand Panjandrum of the New World Order!”

When we last tuned in, Benjamin Fulford had issued an ultimatum to the Illuminati on behalf of an ancient Chinese Secret society, consisting of six million members, including thousands of assassins, gangsters and ninjas: “Desist with your plans for world depopulation or else you and your families will be assassinated.”

“We will pluck out the eye at the top of the Illuminati pyramid,” Fulford told us. “We have trained ninjas close to them all. They will be wiped out in a matter of hours.”

Fulford offered to meet David Rockefeller at the estate of his great grandfather, tycoon G.T. Fulford in Brockville Ont. He waited but there was no response.

Silence. The whole (conspiracy) world held its breath. In August, Fulford reported that the Illuminati had promised to play nice: George Bush would not finish out his term. He also reported that the Japanese were going to cast off the Rockefeller yoke, and would make continued financing of the US debt conditional on reform.

Now this!

One problem. Something was wrong with this picture: specifically the expression on the intrepid Fulford’s face. He looks like a kid who just met Santa Claus, not the arch-enemy of mankind. Rockefeller’s family financed Auschwitz and Mengele’s experiments on live inmates. They and their Satanic henchmen are dragging humanity into an abyss.

“Oh my God, is that DR?” I asked the Tokyo-based journalist. “Have you gone over to the dark side? Wipe that silly grin off your face!”

It turns out the meeting was not in response to the ultimatum after all:

“There is much I cannot say but I guarantee you I would rather burn in hell than go over to the dark side. Hell, though is just total and permanent oblivion. I told him I thought of him as the Wizard of Oz and said, “Mr. Rockefeller, we all want to go back to Kansas.” He was with two handlers and most of the conversation was on camera; that meant there was no chance of getting him to admit to any secret plans. I also gave him a private letter from G.T. Fulford. At G.T.’s insistence the contents cannot be made public now for reasons of global security. I talked with him before he went to meet the Emperor. Big changes are coming. The world is going to get much, much better, that much I promise.”

Makow: “I take it then that you did not meet DR in your capacity as rep of the Red and Green [secret society], and that DR did not know of your previous “invitation.”…Frankly I see this conspiracy as so pervasive that it is not likely to change course. But I want to be wrong, naturally.”

Fulford: “The meeting was in two capacities. One was within the matrix to get his public face and official views on the record. The other was personal in order to verify that the Fulford and the Rockefeller families have been intertwined for over a century by the ghost of G.T. Fulford. The secret society’s messages can be read in the newspapers every day.”

“The Asian countries are dumping their dollars. The Japanese have pulled out of the Afghan coalition. Asian nations are calling for world peace. Japan’s government has approved 911 documentaries on prime time TV. The emperor summoned David Rockefeller. This but a sampling of the evidence that the secret society has begun its move.Their aim is to end 300 years of illuminati world rule. They will succeed. The evidence is in the newspapers. Just watch the dollar and the pound (the ultimate sources of illuminati power) plummet. Japan is paying for oil in yen, many countries are refusing to use dollars. If people do not accept dollars, the U.S. cannot afford to maintain its military machine.”

(Alas, the British pound is not collapsing but going up in relation to the dollar.)

G.T. Fulford was a patent medicine tycoon like J.D. Rockefeller. Apparently he was the largest shareholder in General Electric and was about to buy General Motors when he met an untimely death in 1905 when a trolley rammed into his chauffeured limo. Apparently he was planning to finance Tesla.

Anyway, the picture has changed from the one Fulford gave me back in June. Then, he was about to declare war on the Illuminati, but would give them one last chance. Now he is delivering letters written by the ghost of his dead great grandfather, and talking about how the two families are intertwined.

For some reason Fulford chose me to introduce his story. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I want to keep believing in Benjamin and his Ninjas, but I’m not going to hold my breath.

Phase one was a corporate takeover by Rothschild-Morgan monopolists (include Rockefeller, and, by close extension, Du Ponts–arch royalists who fled France in 1800, etc.). Phase two was to bring European colonizers and US imperialists into the same fold, to make sure they were so corrupt that they’d have little to do with any constitution, let alone the average citizen. Phase three was to cultivate total war, profiting on both sides of the conflicts, and phase four was to lock down the post-war arrangement with “security state” paranoia (to isolate us, each wary of the other–and other cultures). But what’s the next phase?

Once there was no more land to be colonized, Bush Sr. and his cohorts (like David and “Nick” Rockefeller) worked to shock and traumatize the world’s peoples, to colonize their minds, instead. Phase five seeks to cut us off, to thwart international law that might arise via prosecution of men like Pinochet because if that is done internationally, then men like David Rockefeller might be next. So phase five promotes secret councils of those rich who have a stranglehold, not on real wealth, but on the paper currency that is it’s fraudulent, i.e. the Fed Reserve bank, basis as elite economy marches into remote villages. Those secret councils? Bilderberg, the CFR (which uses men of lesser wealth to paper over it’s true intentions—Schorr is CFR), the WTO, and such. Phase five militates against the World Court, Kyoto, and simple recognition that all people agree on basic legal protections. 9-11, the trashing of that “piece of paper” Constitution, and Nazi-like threats to France and Germany for not licking the boots of war are all part of phase five—which is done to set us up for phase six.

So what is the next phase? We can see that rights are being eliminated, hatred provoked, fundamental religious passions inflamed—toward what end? Those who argued against a Big Brother equalitarian state now steer us toward a Big Brother corporate arrangement. But why? What’s the next step that we’re being set up for?

It isn’t based on principle. Instead, it seeks to worsen crisis, ignore ecological dangers, steal elections and promote a secret regime of economic hijackers who are so different from you or I that… Well, we’re being set up for a Trojan horse arrangement that will be dangled before us as things get worse. Those of us now investigating what that might be see its basic outlines carefully hidden from the public. New black budget technologies appear to be central to phase six. New technologies are being developed with public moneys yet stolen into private hands (Rockefeller, DuPont, Rothschild and such). Such technologies can be used for power, unexpected kinds of space flight, genetics, and potentially for mind control. The core killer elements have fought small “wars” and takeover campaigns against other corporate competitors (for control of aviation, avionics, new electronic devices that some call “scalar electromagnetic”—very different stuff). Witnesses have been murdered to keep the story out of the headlines. They were murdered with impunity because the security state apparatus that removed state control from the hands of the electorate was hidden by Truman’s disastrously ill-conceived National Security Act, which set up an alphabet soup of star chambers, secret regimes and narco industries/financial arrangements. It’s so far gone, now, that it is several times worse than the crisis that brought about the US Revolution. It would turn the hair of the old revolutionaries white beneath their wigs.

If a future human were to look back in time and study the sediment of our time, they’d say we let it all escape public control. We were overindulged in a low-cultural, non-educating way. The people of the US should have risen up and compelled change, rather than simply provide for themselves. A secret regime was allowed to hijack control–and it had no intention of baring its secrets. Instead, it sought to traumatize, level and privatize that which cannot be privatized. It was tyranny.

Phase six seeks to deepen the lecherous tendencies of the worst-compromised rich. Trash values, cage fighting, bald-faced sociopaths like Bush and Rove, Jackson Stephens and that oaf, former Mexican presidential candidate Mendrazo (caught taking a shortcut to win a large footrace recently–a typical politician)—it’s all intended to lower our values. You don’t want to poison Iraqi children for the next 3 billion years with depleted uranium? You don’t want Iranian childrens’ blood on your hands? Then watch as Bush promises to demand change in Burma, where monks were reportedly lined up and their heads smashed against a wall. (Bush’s family supports the opium industry run by Burma’s generals–heroin is as valuable as gold). Bush’s ilk want to continue dirty business as usual.

And if you won’t stoop to their many-times-gone-derelict trash values, then they’ll bring the trash right into your house where you can’t avoid it. They want to colonize your mind and immerse you in the massacre of innocents. Cage fighting in your home town (trashy like the Romans), another war for oil–another scam to prop up the failing dollar, another puppet regime. And they’d like to silence Hugo Chavez, if they can ever get around to doing something other than ruining both Iraq and Afghanistan.

The next phase grows much uglier and repressive when new black budget technologies are used against the unsuspecting crowd. Would you field weapons that can be used to manipulate public mood and easily-detected human brain frequencies? Would you use such to either kill or incapacitate troublemakers? Of course not.

But what about the core NWO crowd? They don’t have such pangs of conscience. The next phase involves the fielding of new technologies—first an attempt to wow the crowd with the novelty and weird science aspects of it all (increasingly arcane commercial aspects). Meanwhile, the new technologies are already being developed for use against a wary, unsuspecting public.

Would the people rise up if they knew what was going on within an illegal, entirely unconstitutional security state autocracy? Of course they would, but the leading criminals have fielded a corporate Big Brother regime by simply tweaking the levers of secret power. The DEA reportedly cleared the way for Wally Hilliard to do CIA narco traffic, even the 9-11 suspects appear to have been entwined in it. Two huge cargos of narcotics are seized in Mexico and the Mexican press is now outraged. But the US does nothing—they say the paperwork on who owned it was all “in suspense,” not quite concrete at the moment…

It’s a lie. It’s the Bush family cronies, men like Stephens and such who funnel part of the money into privatized black budget schemes so that Congress can’t say it is a violation of the US government. But wait, WHAT government?

The US is like China was under the warlords before the big wars of the 20th century. It’s a medieval kind of “private” corruption. It’s feudal, mostly hidden behind smack-down false fronts, like the CFR, Trilateral, the the Business Round Table. Rather than launch out to fight and take down the killer regime, some of our most able-bodied citizens exhaust themselves tracking the ups and downs of toy corp. stock, instead. It’s your money, after all…

Six years ago, the Buck Institute discovered a naturally-ocurring chemical that extended the lives of snails by one third. Scientists agreed that by extension, the same chemical would likely extend the lives of humans, who are 93 percent similiar to snails genetically. So, we could live to be 100+. Around the same time, a chemical called NMDA was found to sharpen the minds of people 70 and above to the acuity of a 20-year old. But what would those NWO-enticed, sexually compromised corporate thrill-seekers think about giving such benefits to the public? If we lived to be 100, some of the super-rich would have to fund our pensions and medical care much longer.

Bad for the bottom line.

And if NMDA kept you sharp of mind until 100, the wisdom and compassion that tends to come with maturity, the long memory of political/NWO scams might affect the ballot box. Outsourcing of jobs abroad provides incentive to elite educate low-salary workers abroad, while lowering the academic standards of mere service workers in the USA.

NWO elitists won’t market the new products for any of us while we’re alive, although they might seek such treatments privately, or in places like China where they might be bootlegged in elite circles, as may genetic enhancements with time.

We need to blow the lid off of the next phase, before it ruins the lives of so many innocent people. It isn’t merely a Big Brother festering in our midst; it’s a Frankenstein. Men of the sort bear little resemblance to what we normally consider human. If we don’t move against them, they’ll move against us.

*There are differences among such elites—some fear what we fear: a creeping kind of oppression that is being foisted upon us. Now is the time to organize resistance everywhere, and go global, give priority to surviving as global citizens (which we already are), which is the only way we’ll get by, as a planet.

RENSE: I think we’re up and running here. A little rocky, the day after the fourth of July, but I think we’re connected to Japan.

This is going to be interesting. An awful lot of email has been coming in about the story from Dr. Henry Makow, Ph.D., called “Chinese Secret Society Challenges Illuminati.” This is a very interesting story, something the likes of which I have not seen in all the years of doing this program or website.

The author is Benjamin Fulford – the author quoted in the story. He is a North American, Canadian to be specific, expatriate living in Japan now. Let’s just bring him on and say hello, see how he’s doing and check this connection out. Are you there, Ben?

FULFORD: Yeah, I’m here.

RENSE: OK, we’ve got a little bit of delay.

FULFORD: It’s a cell phone, so the reception is not so good.

RENSE: Well, you sound all right. There’s a bit of a delay, so we’ll have to deal with that.

A lot of people have been asking me, could this be real? Is this a hoax? Is this a joke? What is it? We’re going to find out much more about this story, so stay with us tonight as we continue this conversation with Benjamin Fulford.

He is the former Asia-Pacific bureau chief for Forbes Magazine, and he quit in disgust when Forbes refused to run a damaging story about one of its advertisers. Boy, I know that game, and many of us in the media do – [those] who try to tell as close to the truth as we can without losing our jobs. In this case, Ben did eventually lose his job, because Forbes wouldn’t back him. It’s a story I’ve heard before.

He speaks as a very principled man – a reporter, journalist in the best tradition. Let’s find out from Ben exactly what happened.

First of all, Ben, when were you named Asian bureau chief for Forbes, and what was your background before that, if you would?

FULFORD: Okay. I’ve been a journalist in Japan for about 20 years. I was bureau chief for Forbes from 1998 to 2004-2005.

RENSE: That’s a good long stretch.

FULFORD: Then I left for a lot of different complications.

RENSE: Your relationship with Forbes, up until the time you decided to part ways with them, was how? You were there with them for almost eight years, I guess.

FULFORD: It started out as a rather cushy job. They let me investigate a lot of stuff about Japanese organized crime and the seedier side of things in Japan. However, at a certain point I seemed to be getting too close to something they didn’t want me to get to, and they started stopping stories.

There was a corruption story about GE that didn’t make it. Another one about Citibank didn’t make it.

Then when I finally found out there was an anti-virus software company who was actually making viruses, that was it.

RENSE: [Laughs] Yeah.

FULFORD: That was the last straw for me.

RENSE: They do that, I’ve heard. Why not? Once in a while you hear about firemen actually starting fires. I don’t know, it’s bizarre. That’s what software companies that are in the anti-virus protection business are accused of doing from time to time – if not directly, then indirectly. It wouldn’t surprise me.

When did you learn to speak Japanese?

FULFORD: Well, I went to university in Japan. I came here when I was 19, and I’ve been here more than 20 years, so I just got it early on.

RENSE: Did it come easy to you?

FULFORD: Well, it’s a very difficult language. Not grammatically, but because you have to grasp a whole new way of thinking. You have to understand that Asian culture and Western culture parted ways about 40,000 years ago.

RENSE: [Laughs]

FULFORD: That means there’s 40,000 years of folk wisdom that you have to catch up with to really understand what’s going on, and that’s very, very difficult.

RENSE: You mean four thousand, instead of forty thousand. There was nobody around back then, supposedly.

FULFORD: What I mean is genetic tests show that’s when we separated – Orientals and Caucasians.

RENSE: I got it. Okay. Now with respect to the Asian mind, Western minds – the American mind in particular, we’ll just keep it to North America and Canada – are not basically understood.

I predicate that statement on not having been there, not having any experience, but having talked to the former TIME bureau chief for Beijing on the [Rense] program some years ago. He said, when I asked him what the Asian mind thought about American Western diplomacy, in China specifically, he laughed. He said they consider Americans to be but children in a sandbox. That’s the gulf we’re talking about here.

Now would that remark ring true to you in any way?

FULFORD: Yes, in part. Another way they look at Western society is as a slave society.

RENSE: Slave society?

FULFORD: A slave society.

RENSE: Well, indeed it is. Go ahead.

FULFORD: Controlled in secret by a group of, well, Huckleberry Finn slave drivers.

RENSE: Well, we call them Illuminati, we call them Bilderbergers, CFR, Trilateral Commission. We can throw in Skull and Bones, the Club of Rome, the Fabian Society – all sorts of secret cartels, cabals and groups.

But at the top, it’s a fairly singular power source, and it is certainly one of slave-owner to slaves. The encumbering of the slaves is becoming ever more adroit. With each passing month, it seems, the technology and politics are changing so quickly over here.

The view from Japan of North America. Let’s talk about the United States. How is it for you, an expatriate from Canada?

FULFORD: Living in Japan, you mean?

RENSE: Yeah. What’s it look like over there? What we’re doing over here. And I mean ‘we’ with President Bush, Vice President Cheney, of course enjoying the lowest ratings, probably, in Presidential and Vice Presidential history. The American polls show the respect for the US Congress virtually around 14-15 percent in terms of job satisfaction. So tell me more.

FULFORD: It looks like maybe Russia did just before the Iron Curtain fell. It looks like a huge sea change is about to happen. Like the biggest thing since the Declaration of Independence, I think.

RENSE: Well yes, almost the antithesis of [the Declaration of Independence]. I can see how that would be a view from over there, and it’s probably far more loaded with merit than we would like to agree.

Things are happening over here, as I think you well know, at a very rapid pace now. The controllers are literally pushing things in the American public’s face that are so unconstitutional and illegal as to be laughable, if they weren’t so tragic.

FULFORD: I think these people are scared. They are trying to carry out a plan. They are desperate now. Their plan is so horrendous and so bizarre, it provokes a split – even within their own ranks.

RENSE: I’ve heard talk of factions. You mentioned the words “they are desperate,” the key word being ‘desperate.’ There are others who have said the same kind of thing – [the controllers] sense there is a window through which they must move, now, if they are ever going to move. Do you agree with that?

FULFORD: Yes. Let me tell you something. I was offered the job of finance minister in Japan by the Freemasons. Okay?

RENSE: When?

FULFORD: I brought [my case against] David Rockefeller. I actually was able to link him to some murders of bankers and other people in Japan, as a part of his effort to take over the Japanese financial system.

When I confronted the former Japanese finance minister, Heizo Takanaka (ph) with this, he sent a ninja, believe it or not – a real live ninja – who offered me a gold Freemason badge. He told me I could either accept a job of great power or be killed.

At first I thought I had no choice, I had to go along, which is what happens to a lot of people when they get pulled into this. But then the Chinese secret society showed up and offered me protection. So that’s why I can talk about this.

I want to tell you. I got right inside, right at the very top. Anybody up to a 33rd degree Freemason is a chump. They think they’re doing good for humankind and they’re doing God’s work. There are 13 degrees above the 33rd degree.

RENSE: So I’ve heard.

FULFORD: The first thing they learn is that there is no God. We are God. This is what they are taught. And they are, believe it or not, the descendants of Babylonian pirates. This goes back almost 6000 years. It’s ancient Babylonian slave-driver technology.

They use a combination of bribes, murder, ostracism, mind control, whatever. They have a huge arsenal. They think very, very long term.

The story I’ve figured out now is that when they started with the Zionism, they had this plan to make a capital in Jerusalem. A lot of the religious Jews thought of this as blasphemy, but they actually did it.

And then there was a convergence. There was a really radical faction that had this plan to eliminate Christianity. Now this is going to sound so horrendous, believe me…

…It is the constant battle of the EGO that leads our world…

A few months back, when I was deeply addicted to World of Warcraft, I asked myself, how long will this last. How long before I stop living like a kid, and grow up and see what else this world has to offer.

And has I typed a new paragraph, adding a new section to my ET/UFO conference, I look at my friend Chris and ask him, why the heck did I stop playing and got involved with all this. We certainly need to remain motivated and be reminded what our goals are. I told him, I would be better off in front of the computer, playing my game, living my simple life and having nothing to worry about.

But, what about my kids, and their kids, and my grand grand children, about…, the next 7 generations following, what about the others. There is nothing I want more than seeing everyone with shelter, drinkable water and food on this planet. This is my goal today and It will happen, because people are waking up…
