Police spotted a UFO on board of helicopter

I would like to warn the readers that this story was distorted by many news/blogs into an attack on the helicopter. The original report doesn’t state any attacks. There is absolutely no reasons to believe whatever drives those saucers would hurt these policemen.

It is very annoying to see how much garbage some reporters can put, to make a sensational article.

A police helicopter crew has spotted what is described as an unusual aircraft in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The helicopter was above St Athan, which is home to an RAF base and close to Cardiff International Airport.

But three-man crew could not capture any images before the object vanished over the Bristol Channel on 8 June.

South Wales Police said the helicopter did not give chase and described the crew as very experienced. The sighting has been reported for investigation.

The helicopter was hovering in the sky at 0040 BST above the base, waiting to land.

A police spokesperson said: “The crew are very experienced and responded in a professional manner in relation to what they saw.

“In today’s skies, there are a wide variety of aircrafts which come in a range of different shapes and sizes and in all probability, this sighting has just confirmed that one of these was in the area at the relevant time,” the spokesperson added.

UFO SHOCKS FOR POLICE

DC Gary Heseltine, who collated the unofficial database PRUFOS (Police Reporting UFOs), has been inundated with sightings the length and breadth of the country.

Many officers have produced drawings of unexplained craft seen as they pounded the beat, and one sent footage captured on a patrol car video camera of what he believes was a UFO above Skipton, North Yorkshire.

Traffic officer Mr Heseltine, 48, says: “There are thousands of credible witnesses out there, and here we have serving and retired police officers going about their business and witnessing strange craft and lights.

“They are trained to report things in a structured, chronological way, and in my experience that is exactly what they do, so I think they make for really good witnesses.

“Police officers work around the clock and so have an increased chance of seeing UFOs. This is one of the reasons why I created the database to record and collate their stories. I simply wanted to try to bring a level of credibility to the subject.”

Those Who Protect…

Another great post by Joseph Capp. Police reporting UFO sightings is fantastic. They are great observers.

Dedicated to Police Officers Dale Spaur & William Neff Of Protage Ohio.

In a previous post a “When Venus Turned Out To Be A UFO”I wrote about how two Ohio police officers in a famous historical UFO case were set up by a secret government operation which also hid pertinent evidence from Project Bluebook. Both officers lost their careers. This is not fiction or a hoax, since the original evidence is part of the original case files. That impressive evidence –including transcripts of taped interviews with these sworn officers of police and sheriff’s departments– delivered complete with affadavits, were almost destroyed, except for a a serving assistant deputy sheriff Michael M. Nelson, who took the files home and searched through them in 2006.
