Anyone fighting lockheed Martin deserve assistance

Please, pass this around any Canadians you know.

Dear Connie,

I am looking for 62 other Canadians (myself making 63) who are being prosecuted because they refused to comply with the 2006 Census. Much of the boycotting was because of the “out-sourcing” to Lockheed Martin (equivalent to “the American Military” – and a corrupt corporation with a court record to prove it. I’m sure you know more about it than I do.)

We are trying different avenues to obtain the complete list of people being prosecuted.

Would you mind checking with your network to see if any one of them have received a Summons to appear in Court?

Additional info appended.

On behalf of Canadians, thank-you so much for your tireless work in support of Canada.

Best wishes,

I’m set for trial on Jan 7 and 8, 2009 here in Saskatoon. Prosecution is to take 1.5 days.

I will be meeting with the Quakers (Society of Friends) in Halifax (who wrote a very good letter of protest in 2004 to StatsCan against Lockheed) and hopefully some other groups. Am working on media in Hfx. (Leaving Stoon on Tues (Apr 22). Will be 2 weeks in N.S./PEI)

It could be that one of the other 62 being prosecuted has trial set for sometime before my date. Want to see that FIRST trial is won – and all the trials after the first one.

Am working with Vive le Canada.

Had very good press coverage here in Saskatchewan at Court on Tuesday (15th April) when I entered plea (not guilty).

Got coverage on German Public Television. They are interested in resistance to the American Military (Lockheed Martin) in Canada.

The going to Court is also good opportunity to raise the awareness of the Troop Exchange Agreement (Lockheed = American Military) signed on Feb 14th this year. It’s good illustration of the on-going implementation (by stealth) of the SPP agenda.

I have left a message for Michael Skinner who writes, “The bottom line is that war is good for business in Canada.”, as explained by this note:

>From Leo Kurtenbach,
The leaders of our government are constantly telling us that the sacrifices made by our troops is improving the lives of the Afghan people. However, I have also read a two page article in a magazine specifically outlining the reality of present day Afghanistan.–The author of this information is Michael Skinner, who is a Ph.D candidate in Political Science at York University. In the summer of 2007, he joined Afghan-Canadian Hamayon Rastgor in a five week tour of five Agfhan provinces, including Kabul.

The following paragraph is the second last of Mr. Skinner’s article.–

“The bottom line is that war is good for business in Canada. Businesses in the military and development sectors are already reaping large profits from Canada’s war, while Canadian resource extraction companies are poised to profit from the privatization of resource extraction concessions currently owned by all Afghans”

You can read the whole article in the March/April issue of the Briarpatch
magazine.”

I am leaving for Halifax on Tuesday (April 22). For 2 weeks.
Have sent a message to website (B.C.) http://www.canadiandemocraticmovement.ca/Article348.html . IT looks as though they may be “kindred spirits”. I may try to arrange a B.C. speaking tour?
