Cheney Running the Show in Washington

Toronto ON – August 9, 2007 – The disturbing perspective below by Ted Lang helps to clarify the upcoming actions of the White House to usurp the upcoming elections for “national security” reasons. It also provides a context for why American soldiers are invading Canada this August 20 in Montebello Quebec.

When it happens, it will all sound totally legitimate. The American electorate has been sufficiently “terrorized into catatonic fear” that they will accept almost anything Bush and Cheney will say or do. Mr. Lang is far from the first writer to espouse the notion North American democracy has begun to mutate before our very eyes as we watch the long arm of the New American Order reach across the 49th parallel.

Bush’s meeting on August 20, 2007 here in Canada with President Calderon of Mexico and PM Harper to establish the North American Union is not only not on our radar but the Canadian media is ignoring the phalanx of American soldiers that will precede Bush to cordon off a 25 km zone around Montebello Quebec – the location of the meeting – Canadian soil! Is Mr. Harper actively complicit in this or is he just being told what to do?

There is speculation in some circles in Washington that the Bush administration will never give up power and will do anything to retain and extend it – including stating that Cheney’s office is not part of the Executive Branch of the government.

While the Disclosure of the an ET presence looms ever more prominent as the months unfold, the more the rhetoric increases about how Cheney and Bush may invoke some form of dictatorial “move” to suspend civil rights including control of the media and the capacity for the The New American Order to designate anyone – an enemy – including Extraterrestrials.

As we go about our daily routine – perhaps oblivious to the signs of the contrivances being spun by two mad men in Washington – consider these recent words by someone close to the scene, former Vice President Walter Mondale :

The Cheney Affair

Now that mainstream media bias is an established fact and recognized as such by the mainstream reading and viewing public, the revelation of Vice President Dick Cheney’s total unilateral control over all levels and branches of American government has not only raised eyebrows and concerns of dictatorship, but for those politically astute, begs the question as to why theWashington Post would be the journalistic vehicle to publish the four-part June 24 through June 27 series exposing this reality.

The Post’s publisher, Donald E. Graham, has once again participated in the annual secret Bilderberg conclave, the latter the principal organizational player whose membership is made up of extremely high-level international bankers, mass media publishers, corporatists in both the oil industry and the military-industrial complex, and other principal international political movers and shakers. Bilderberg’s primary objective is a one world global government, the New World Order. And the NWO will be phased in via the European and then the North American Union.

Is it safe to say that the most recent Bilderberg <http://www.bilderberg.org/2007.htm>meeting, held in Istanbul May 31 to June 3rd, considered the most vital issues confronting future global government? And of course, those issues would have been 1) Iraq, and 2) Iran. It is clear that American, British and Israeli control over Mid East oil is definitely on the agenda in their lockstep, jackboot march to deliver US all to the New World Order. This triumvirate is the world’s “real axis of evil.”

Mountain ranges of corporate money have been provided to Congress by lobbyists and corporatists representing the oil industry, military weapons contractors, AIPAC, banking and media interests, to not only buy into American government, but to where their “investments” have now facilitated total control of America. They have replaced what was once reserved as the exclusive representative domain of the people of the United States, which allowed the latter their collective voice in government.

And the people’s representatives, after abandoning America’s interests, have turned over congressional war-making powers to Bush, who has in turn delegated virtually all of his presidential duties to Vice President Richard B. Cheney. And Cheney-Bush are profiting personally via heavy investment interests in oil and an oil support industry giant [Halliburton].
Constitutionally speaking, the Office of Vice President of the United States of America has no duties. This inefficate position in the executive branch serves only as President of the Senate, and then functions legislatively only in an extremely narrow capacity to break a deadlocked vote. Complaints about the “do-nothing” status of the vice president’s role and function date back toAmerica’s first Vice President, John Adams.

Considering the absence of constitutionally mandated responsibilities, it should be clear that at least from a regulatory and legal standpoint, there’s little to nothing a vice president can do wrong; he has, basically, no executive branch functions. And it is for this reason that Congressman Dennis Kucinich’s House Resolution 333, seemed at first, to be a wrong-headed exercise in partisan politics hand wringing.

Watergate fame, the paper of Bradlee, Bernstein and Woodward. And considering all that the Cheney-Bush regime has done to launch NWO, the attempted legalization of Mexican illegals, the private “negotiations” between Bush and the heads of Canada and Mexico to dissolve totally our borders to create a North American Union, the United States’ unilateral abolition of the Geneva Conventions and other international treaties ensuring and protecting the sovereignty of independent nations, why would Graham’s Washington Post now attack Bilderberg’s “dream team?”

Obviously, something is up with the planners and conspirators maneuvering the human race into a one world global government. The Post series, written by staff writers Barton Gellman and Jo Becker, would never have been allowed off the ground and would have never been accorded so much focus unless it was sanctioned and possibly even urged by the Bilderbergs. And consider the appearance of the series so shortly after the latter’s annual secret meeting. So what’s up? It can only be speculated since the movement for global government is so secret. That is why everything the Cheney-Bush crime machine does is a matter of “national security.” 9/11 was indeed an inside job perpetrated by Cheney-Bush; it is the source of their unlimited dictatorial power. But if they arranged 9/11, why the suspension of our Bill of Rights and why the intense spying on Americans? The answer is obvious: they fear Americans will find out, organize, and plan an armed rebellion.

They do not fear al Qaeda, because al Qaeda doesn’t exist, or at least it didn’t exist in terms of planning and executing 9/11. No, Cheney-Bush intend to enslave America, strip it of its national identity, and serve US all up to the New World Order. Multizillionaire international banker David Rockefeller has already admitted to the latter effort.

Apparently, something has happened to interfere with the bankers’ plans and schedule. Perhaps Cheney-Bush have provided too much evidence of their criminal and treasonist intentions, and the threat of an armed rebellion is now looming larger than ever. Perhaps a military coup is in the wind. Or perhaps, the unpopularity of the Cheney-Bush dictatorship is causing even the world conspirators to fractionalize. Whatever it is, something must be up to have triggered the Gellman-Becker series.

The exposé has now provided solid evidence that Cheney is running the show and is therefore definitely impeachable. As Bruce Fein, a constitutional lawyer and a former associate deputy attorney general under Ronald Reagan wrote in his June 27th article, “Impeach Cheney” and posted in http://www.slate.com/toolbar.aspx?action=print&id=2169292 Slate, “Under Dick Cheney, the office of the vice president has been transformed from a tiny acorn into an unprecedented giant oak. In grasping and exercising presidential powers, Cheney has dulled political accountability and concocted theories for evading the law and the Constitution that would have embarrassed King George III.”

Fein continues: “The most recent invention we know of is the vice president’s insistence that an executive order governing the handling of classified information in the executive branch does not reach his office because he also serves as president of the Senate. In other words, the vice president is a unique legislative-executive creature standing above and beyond the Constitution. The House judiciary committee should commence an impeachment inquiry. As Alexander Hamilton advised in the Federalist Papers, an impeachable offense is a political crime against the nation. Cheney’s multiple crimes against the Constitution clearly qualify.”

During the Clinton administration, Bill Clinton “wrote legislation” via executive orders. The opposition’s beef at the time was that such presidential fiat executive orders were not national law, but were instead confined to operational directives within the executive branch alone. Now Cheney explains his vision that executive orders do not apply to the executive branch of government, and if they do, they don’t apply to him because he has decided he isn’t in the executive branch of government. That’s not what is written in the Constitution. His arrogant defiance of the United States Constitution and an executive order that applies directly to him constitute the very political crimes attorney Bruce Fein pointed out were in violation of the rule of law of this nation.

And although the Gellman-Becker Post series started out promisingly enough, and in spite of the fact that it still evidences a refreshing air of professional journalism, Part I of the series defining Cheney’s criminal dictatorial control gives way later in the series to a condoning tone and a dimension of approval articulating Cheney’s exceptional talent in cutting through the mire of government bureaucracy red tape to arrive expeditiously at common sense solutions. The plight of the Klamath basin farmers in opposing the federal Environmental Protection Agency, a cause resoundingly favored by “conservatives” who hate the bureaucratic stupidity of big government, was presented by the “liberal” Washington Post as a case in point as to Cheney’s astonishing and beneficent vision. Huh?! Championing the rights of individuals trying to earn profits over caring, compassionate, Big Brother government is now a cause for the Washington Post?

As stated, the series does indeed expose Cheney’s dictatorial control, but before the series is over, this dictatorial control is offered up as “good” dictatorship. Perhaps this is the real purpose of the series, to admit to Cheney’s total control of America, but to blunt its horror and danger by pointing out evidence of beneficence. And considering that no more mention of this horrible anomaly in American government can be found anywhere in the mass media, it would seem that its timing and shock effect would wear off quickly given the newspaper mentality and short collective memory of the American public. Again, it is most difficult to surmise the real intent of the series.

Part I is the most shocking in terms of describing how one individual controls ALL in American government. Here’s an example from the opening paragraph: “Just past the Oval Office, in the private dining room overlooking the South Lawn, Vice President Cheney joined President Bush at a round parquet table they shared once a week. Cheney brought a four-page text, written in strict secrecy by his lawyer. He carried it back out with him after lunch.

In less than an hour, the document traversed a West Wing circuit that gave its words the power of command. It changed hands four times, according to witnesses, with emphatic instructions to bypass staff review. When it returned to the Oval Office, in a blue portfolio embossed with the presidential seal, Bush pulled a felt-tip pen from his pocket and signed without sitting down. Almost no one else had seen the text.”
The article continues: “Cheney’s proposal had become a military order from the commander in chief. Foreign terrorism suspects held by the United States were stripped of access to any court — civilian or military, domestic or foreign. They could be confined indefinitely without charges and would be tried, if at all, in closed ‘military commissions.’”

Is this the way American laws should be written? Does this align with Constitutional constraints that provide for a separation of powers and checks and balances to ensure individual freedoms? “Suspects” are now designated as such by the government’s executive branch, and proof in a court of law is now no longer required. And what is to differentiate between a terror suspect and any other kind of suspect? And how about members of a political opposition ­ are they also “terrorists” because they disagree with this criminal administration? Only Cheney and Bush now have this power, which they gave to themselves!

Even members of Bush’s own administration were outraged by this dictatorial fiat. Gellman and Becker elaborate after members of the Bush regime found out about the fiat while still in the dark as to its origin: “‘What the hell just happened?’ Secretary of State Colin L. Powell demanded, a witness said, when CNN announced the order that evening, Nov. 13, 2001. National security adviser Condoleezza Rice, incensed, sent an aide to find out. Even witnesses to the Oval Office signing said they did not know the vice president had played any part.”

As much as Cheney covets total control protected by total secrecy, Gellman and Becker note that, “Cheney expresses indifference, in public and private, to any verdict but history’s, and those close to him say he means it.” But isn’t this the same outlook that can be attributed to Hitler and Stalin? Isn’t it the same indifference and arrogance that justifies “breaking some eggs to make an omelet?”

In the opinion of this writer, there is more behind Cheney’s quest for unlimited power, shrouded in absolute secrecy, and all-encompassing in every matter of federal government control. And the article makes it clear, that anyone who crosses Cheney gets wasted. Gellman and Becker point out to the sharp differences of opinion and the conflicts that former EPA Administrator Christie Todd Whitman had with Cheney, differences that led her to eventually resign from the agency. They mention former Attorney General John Ashcroft’s differences with Cheney, also leading to his resignation. The article documents Cheney’s meddling with both the EPA and the Department of Justice. And his pressuring the CIA for fraudulent intelligence to justify the invasion of Iraqis now well known.

The Washington Post’s Gellman-Becker series is, whatever the reason for its airing, an absolute masterpiece of journalism, but not for reasons that are immediately obvious. It’s not the writing style, nor is it even the revelations resultant from intense investigative reporting. Perhaps the real benefits of the article have been totally missed by Graham and the Post’s executive staff. The expose answers two not so obvious questions: first, why do we have such an incompetent fool as president, and second, why does such an incompetent fool wield so much power and is so assertive regarding “his” decisions? The series provides the answer: Dick Cheney.

For early on in the quest to rid America of a very popular yet very destructive president, Cheney’s name came up as a dedicated American to replace a dedicated internationalist. And this may be the real reason for the subdued attack/exposure on Cheney. It may not be his fascism that offends, but his nationalism. Perhaps it’s Cheney’s vision for a New World Order controlled byWashington that bothers the Bilderberg internationalists. And it is this same nationalism which turned off the bankers to both Hitler and Stalin. But there is no need to speculate the connection between Cheney and Bush.

Undoubtedly, Cheney was the GOP’s pick to replace Clinton. But because of his heart problems, Cheney would never win a presidential election.
Enter stage right, G. Bush, a simpleton, and an obedient and virtually clueless stooge. Bush serves not only as the buffoon heat sink for the GOP dictatorship, but is also its “decider” as related in the Post’s series when describing how Cheney writes law and Bush decides to sign without either reading or understanding what it is that he is signing. The series explores how Cheney decides on everything that is within the federal government’s purview.

The series explains Cheney’s involvement and direct supervision and control over the Department of Justice, his intimidation of the EPA, his power over the CIA, his total control of foreign policy, and his total control over the White House staff and Bush. Gellman and Becker try to paint the picture that Bush retains some identity distinct from Cheney’s oversight, but at least for this observer, it simply doesn’t work. I’m convinced that Cheney is behind EVERYTHING this dangerous, corrupt and criminal regime has perpetrated. And that would include 9/11!

As Dr. David Ray Griffin has pointed out in his latest book, both the 9/11 Commission report and the government-sanctioned released tapes falsify the timeframe wherein Cheney was in the bunker on 9/11. After reading the Post series, can there be any doubt as to who was in charge on that awful day? Can there be any doubt as to who really ordered those WTC buildings to be “pulled?” Can there be any doubt as to who decided that certain attorneys in the Justice Department were to be let go? And for Hillary and Congressman Nadler, can there be any doubt as to who made the phone call to EPA Administrator Christie Todd Whitman directing her to lie about the condition of the pulverized glass, concrete and steel in the dust and smoke of the disintegrated WTC buildings? Hillary demanded to know who gave the order to Whitman; now we know!

The benefit of this journalistic effort has little to do with presentation; it has everything to do with timeliness and the solving of the types of mysteries such as Hillary and Congressman Nadler were looking into. Can one imagine the anger in Whitman for having to take the fall for the very guy that forced her to resign? Here are Gellman and Becker again: “Stealth is among Cheney’s most effective tools.
Man-size Mosler safes, used elsewhere in government for classified secrets, store the workaday business of the office of the vice president. Even talking points for reporters are sometimes stamped ‘Treated As: Top Secret/SCI.’ Experts in and out of government said Cheney’s office appears to have invented that designation, which alludes to ‘sensitive compartmented information,’ the most closely guarded category of government secrets. By adding the words ‘treated as,’ they said, Cheney seeks to protect unclassified work as though its disclosure would cause ‘exceptionally grave damage to national security.’”

And, “Across the board, the vice president’s office goes to unusual lengths to avoid transparency. Cheney declines to disclose the names or even the size of his staff, generally releases no public calendar and ordered the Secret Service to destroy his visitor logs. His general counsel has asserted that ‘the vice presidency is a unique office that is neither a part of the executive branch nor a part of the legislative branch,’ and is therefore exempt from rules governing either. Cheney is refusing to observe an executive order on the handling of national security secrets, and he proposed to abolish a federal office that insisted on auditing his compliance.” Have you ever seen a better description of a total dictatorship?

If the evidence wasn’t there before, it sure as hell is now! Cheney is absolutely guilty as charged, and Congress now has the evidence.
Congressman Kucinich hit the nail perfectly on the head, and the time for Congress to nail the Cheney-Bush regime is long overdue. Nothing more needs to be written or said about the Cheney-Bush regime; it’s now all been said. And in conjunction with the continuously mounting scientific evidence proving the 9/11 terrorist acts as being inside jobs, we also know of Cheney’s modus operandi and his commitment to history instead of his required dedication to America and its people. Has there ever been a more immoral character than Cheney capable of the expression “the public be damned?”

As Bruce Fein wrote after reading the Post series, “Cheney must be impeached!” Fein documents the long list of criminal activities the Bush administration, now proven to be under the total control of Cheney, has perpetrated against the American people and the entire human race for which the administration, the Congress, AND the American people must now all be held accountable for in the eyes of our Creator. How many letters have you sent to your congressional representatives and senators? How many discussion groups or activist groups have you joined or participated in?

Should you come up with a negative response, then YOU are guilty as well! Anyone who remains silent witnessing these egregious crimes and the evil of merely one “human” being should consider themselves an accessory, before, during and after the fact. It is time to impeach, sentence and punish these most dangerous and evil criminals!

Big business calls the shots now

NOT LONG AGO an old friend e-mailed me, wondering why there is “so little media attention to the SPP?”

SPP? I responded. Whuzzat?

“Security and Prosperity Partnership with the U.S. and Mexico,” came the response.

That got me to digging around. And the SPP turned out to be a familiar old beast from the black lagoon, hydra-headed and slimy. SPP is the new name for the old American project of Manifest Destiny — absolute control over the whole continent.

The project has plenty of other names: NAFTA-Plus, Deep Integration, the North American Union. “North American Union” sounds groovy, sort of like the European Union. But the EU is an assembly of 27 mid-sized animals, while the NAU would be a union of two mice and an elephant.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership is largely the child of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, which is about as “Canadian” as the National Hockey League. Members include such maple-draped beavers as General Electric, General Motors, Fedex, Microsoft, Mitsubishi, Pratt and Whitney and Shell — all with the word “Canada” appended.

The Canadian Council of Collaborators might be a better name. The Canadian Council of Chief Executives is the local chapter of the international capitalist conspiracy, and like the World Trade Organization, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and others, its mission is to eliminate any impediments to the ability of international capital to make money whenever and wherever it likes. National boundaries are just another impediment, along with labour unions, minimum wages, environmental regulations and consumer protections.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership has its roots in 9-11, which forced the American-Canadian border to close for a short time. Former American ambassador Paul Cellucci later commented that the new U.S. attitude toward its borders was that “security trumps trade.” To keep the border open for trade, Canadian Council of Chief Executives president Tom d’Aquino proposed “more fundamental harmonization and integration” with the U.S.

Fifteen months later, the council announced a North American Security and Prosperity Initiative. It wanted a “new deal” — shared defence and security, and a comprehensive agreement on agriculture, metal, minerals and energy. Soon afterward, the council created a 30-member CEO Action Group to advance that agenda.

Next, the U.S. Council on Foreign Relations set up a tri-national Independent Task Force on the Future of North America, co-chaired by former finance minister John Manley and vice-chaired by d’Aquino. In March 2005, the task force reported, calling for a continental security perimeter, a common external tariff, a common border pass and a North American energy and natural resources strategy. Same agenda. And it wanted this done by 2010.

A group of people inside a common border, with a common tariff and a common passport, protected by a common defence force and sharing the natural wealth of the continent — that’s effectively one country, not three.

A few months back, when I was deeply addicted to World of Warcraft, I asked myself, how long will this last. How long before I stop living like a kid, and grow up and see what else this world has to offer.

And has I typed a new paragraph, adding a new section to my ET/UFO conference, I look at my friend Chris and ask him, why the heck did I stop playing and got involved with all this. We certainly need to remain motivated and be reminded what our goals are. I told him, I would be better off in front of the computer, playing my game, living my simple life and having nothing to worry about.

But, what about my kids, and their kids, and my grand grand children, about…, the next 7 generations following, what about the others. There is nothing I want more than seeing everyone with shelter, drinkable water and food on this planet. This is my goal today and It will happen, because people are waking up…

The following movie is a must see. You owe yourself, and the following 7 generations to watch it and to share this with your family, your colleagues and friends.

N.B. I don’t quite understand the reason behind the first part of the movie. I don’t see the relation between giving another version of the foundation of Christianity and the rest of the movie. Part II and III on the other hand are just earth shaking and a must see.

Imperial Assumptions Are Reaching Critical Mass

In a recent American film there is a bit of dialogue that explains the very difficult position in which Americans now find themselves. The film was “Shooter” and the motivating proposition imbedded in the drama is one that we all must begin to think about.

“. . .the truth is that nothing, no matter how horrible, ever really happens without the approval of the government-over there and over here. The problem isn’t in the doing-it’s the people in power having to admit that they ‘knew’!

The prisoners are tortured at Abu Ghraib and only the underlings go to jail. Their bosses knew: we know their bosses knew but you don’t say it. There is no ‘head’ to cut off. If one of them betrays the principals of money and power then the others betray him. What it is – is human weakness and you can’t kill that with a gun.”

Then a different character later adds . . . “There are no sides; there are no Sunni’s no Shia’s; no democrats or republicans: There is only the “haves” and the “have nots”! This is a country where the Secretary of Defense can go on TV and tell the American public that this is about ‘freedom’ ­ it’s not about oil. And nobody questions him-cause they don’t want to hear any answer because it’s all a lie. There’s only so many places at the table: Now are you on the inside or you on the out! . . . This is the world we live in!”

The connection between this portion of ‘Shooter’ and the world at this moment is what happened on July 17, 2007, the day that the Bushwhacker added yet another Executive Order to his personal list of crimes against this nation and its people. “Bush Outlaws War Protest – Citizens Face Full Asset Seizure”

“In one of his most chilling moves to date against his own citizens, the American War Leader has issued a sweeping order this week outlawing all forms of protest against the Iraq war.

President Bush enacted into US law an ‘Executive Order’ on July 17th titled “Blocking Property of Certain Persons Who Threaten Stabilization Efforts in Iraq”, and which says:

This proclamation represents the height of US governmental hypocrisy ­ as the only reason our troops are in Iraq now and our forces have remained there during all the years since 1991, was and is to smash that nation back into the stone-age. And all of this comes from the orders issued by the US commander-in-chief: the same George W. Bush who signed this new Executive Order.

This ‘act’ is supposedly meant to bolster and rehabilitate a nation that we are spending over $12 billion a month on, to simply annihilate the viability of that state. Iraq is the same nation that this Commander-in-Chief has brutalized by denying water and electricity to them, while turning ordinary daily life in Iraq into a gauntlet of privation; compounded by murder, kidnapping and random military actions of dubious military value. These ‘actions’ can have huge humanitarian costs to those still trying to live in their own country. Four million have fled into exile, millions more have died, and more have been maimed starved or imprisoned. And just today Bush and his compliant ‘generals’ want to grant themselves yet another year of this nightmare to continue to keep the profits flowing into the coffers of his friends and directors.

On July 17, President Bush signed an Executive order that authorized blocking the use of any property held by anyone he says is a threat to the “stabilization” of Iraq. That means anyone who opposes his Middle East foreign policy now is subject to loss of home, automobiles, savings, investments, and anything else considered as property. This is about as serious as it gets. There have been many assaults on our freedom in the last few years, but none with such totality and finality as this. We must draw the line in the sand on this issue. The American people must re-discover their indignation, get off their couches, and send a tsunami of protest to Washington. Here are three things you can do:

1. If you don’t already know the name and contact information of you Congressman and Senator, look it up in Google. Send them a short but explicit message to the effect that you expect them to (1) introduce or support fast-track legislation to rescind the Executive Order issued July 17 relating to blocking property of those who disagree with President Bush’s policy in Iraq and (2) call for impeachment of the President NOW.

2. Make a list of every organization, publication, journalist, web site, talk-show host, and community leader who understands the significance of this Executive Order and send it to us at ge.griffin@verizon.net so we can build a coalition of activists on this issue. Also send them a note or call them in person to urge them to align with the coalition and take action.

3. Send this message to everyone you know.

That’s it. There is no need to explain why this is important, and there is nothing that can be said that would be more motivating than the stark possibility of a police state in which citizens loose their property if they disagree with der Fuhrer (the Leader).

PLAN OUTLINES GOVERNMENT INTENT TO USE MILITARY FORCE AGAINST U.S. CITIZENS OVER POLITICAL ISSUES!

North Bergen, NJ — As a radio talk show host, I receive a whole slew of e-mail and regular mail about virtually every issue under the sun. Much of it gets deleted or thrown away. Some of it results in stories appearing on my web site or being discussed on my show. Every once in awhile, something akin to a bombshell arrives and yesterday, July 18, 2007 was one such day.

I came into possession of portions of a U.S. military plan which was allegedly classified “Top Secret.” This put me in a bind because without having a security clearance myself, having something which is Classified is unlawful. Reading such a document is also unlawful and revealing it to the public is definietly unlawful. So, I thought about it. I decided screw it, I’m going to read it.

As I read the document, my blood ran cold. Chills ran up my spine. The hair on the back of my neck stood up. My gut started churning. This document is an operational plan to use U.S. military troops against U.S. Citizens!

The plan says “A perceived serious potential of dissident American groups rising up against constituted authority has been clearly identified by counter-intelligence agencies.[Underlining mine]

The plan goes on to say why people are clearly thinking of rising up and throwing-off our federal government by saying “The stated cause for such an uprising appear to be growing dissatisfaction with the course and conduct of the war in Iraq, the chronic inability of Congress to deal with various pressing issues and the perception of widespread corruption and indifference to public needs.”

Sounds accurate to me. In fact, it describes perfectly reasonable justification for the America people to utilize our original right of self-defense against such a government or for us to impose reform!

Most stunning about the plan is that it talks about political reform and offers an unbelievably out-of-touch, completely un-American observation: “Reform may be necessary, but reform is a matter for the state . . . “

A matter for the state? We The People ARE the state. We The People decide on reform. For this U.S. military plan to assert “Reform may be necessary, but reform is a matter for the state” is like reading something out of the old Soviet Union! What planet are these people on?

The truly chilling parts of this plan involve the use of “Informant nets” of Americans literally spying on their fellow citizens and “Block Control” where the plan calls for “trusted resident reports on the activities of people in their neighborhoods.” Folks, this is what Fidel Castro does in Communist Cuba!

As you read the details below, remember this: This plan has been drawn up by OUR military. The military WE hired, WE train, WE equip, WE feed, WE clothe, WE house. It is an OUTRAGE that anyone in our military would DARE to even create such plan, nevermind try to implement it!

A Blunt warning to our Government and our Military:
In our nation of 300 million people, there are at least 95 million lawful gun owners. Those 95 million guns owners lawfully possess 212 million firearms.

Even if the government recalled ALL military members from around the entire world, they would have a force of only about two million.

95 million gun owners versus 2 million troops. I think we all know how this would turn out: the government would be slaughtered.

In fact, if only ten percent of the 95 million gun owners had guts enough to fight, we would still outnumber the military almost 3:1.

We The People of the United States aren’t the least bit worried about government tanks and planes, those tools are useless in guerilla warfare. Want proof? Iraq! The U.S. government is getting its ass kicked over there. Government wouldn’t last a week if they tried implenting this plan here.

Government would do well to remember they exist at the whim and behest of the American people. Government in this land exists to serve us as we direct.

The power government wields belongs to The People. We The People merely LEND part of our power to government and we have the absolute right to take that power back at any time we deem appropriate. In fact, the founding fathers made clear we can take it back in any MANNER we deem appropriate! That’s why they gave us the Second Amendment!

If the U.S. government or military dares attempt to implement this plan, they should expect to be killed.

This publication uses the term insurgent to describe those taking part in any activity designed to undermine or to overthrow the established authorities

Counterinsurgency is those military, paramilitary, political, economic, psychological, and civicactions taken by a government to defeat insurgency (JP 1-02). It is an offensive approach involving all elements of national power; it can take place across the range of operations and spectrum of conflict

In dealing with the local populace, the primary aims must be to:

• Protect the population.
• Establish local political institutions.
• Reinforce local governments.
• Eliminate insurgent capabilities.
• Exploit information from local sources.

An insurgency is organized movement aimed at the overthrow of a constituted government through use of subversion and armed conflict (JP 1-02). It is a protracted politico-military struggle designed to weaken government control and legitimacy while increasing insurgent control. Political power is the central issue in an insurgency.

An insurgent organization normally consists of four elements:

• Leadership.
• Combatants (main forces, regional forces, local forces).
• Cadre (local political leaders that are also called the militants).
• Mass base (the bulk of the membership).

The support of the people, passive or active then, is the center of gravity. It must be gained in whatever proportion is necessary to sustain the insurgent movement (or, contrariwise, to defeat it). As in any political campaign, all levels of support are relative.

Insurgent movements begin as “fire in the minds of men.” Insurgent leaders commit themselves to building a new world. They construct the organization to carry through this desire. Generally, popular grievances become insurgent causes when interpreted and shaped by the insurgent leadership. The insurgency grows if the cadre that is local insurgent leaders and representatives can establish a link between the insurgent movement and the desire for solutions to grievances sought by the local population

Insurgent leaders will exploit opportunities created by government security force actions. The behavior of security forces is critical. Lack of security force discipline leads to alienation, and security force abuse of the populace is a very effective insurgent recruiting tool. Consequently, specific insurgent tactical actions are often planned to frequently elicit overreaction from security force individuals and units.

Insurgencies are dynamic political movements, resulting from real or perceived grievance or neglect that leads to alienation from an established government.

A successful counterinsurgency will result in the neutralization by the state of the insurgency and its effort to form a counterstate. While many abortive insurgencies are defeated by military and police actions alone, if an insurgency has tapped into serious grievances and has mobilized a significant portion of the population, simply returning to the status quo may not be an option. Reform may be necessary, but reform is a matter for the state, using all of its human and material resources. Security forces are only one such resource. The response must be multifaceted and coordinated, yet states typically charge their security forces with “waging counterinsurgency.” This the security forces cannot do alone.

These imperatives are:

• Facilitate establishment or reestablishment of a ‘legitimate government’.
• Counterinsurgency requires perseverance.
• Foster popular support for the incumbent US government.
• Prepare to perform functions and conduct operations that are outside normal scope of training.
• Coordinate with US governmental departments and agencies, and with vital non-governmental, agencies.

Urban operations.

• Protection of government facilities.
• Protection of infrastructure.
• Protection of commercial enterprises vital to the HN economy.
• Protection of cultural facilities.
• Prevention of looting.
• Military police functions.
• Close interaction with civilians.
• Assistance with reconstruction projects.
• Securing the national borders.
• Training or retraining a national military police and security force.

Establishing and maintaining local government credibility.

• Contributing local government is both tangible and psychological. Local security forces must reinforce and be integrated into the plan at every stage.
• Facilitate and use information and intelligence obtained from local sources to gain access to the insurgent’s economic and social base of support, order of battle, tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Army forces help local pro-government police, paramilitary, and military forces perform counterinsurgency, area security, or local security operations. They advise and assist in finding, dispersing, capturing, and destroying the insurgent force.

US forces may conduct offensive operations to disrupt and destroy insurgent combat formations. These operations prevent the insurgents from attacking government-controlled areas.

There are many organizations and extensive resources available to aid counterinsurgent forces.

Commanders should not overlook the aid these organizations may provide. All forces assigned an AO or function should determine which departments and agencies are assisting in that AO and coordinate actions so that there is no duplication of effort. Such departments, councils and agencies include:

• National Security Council.
• Department of Defense.
• Department of State.
• Department of Justice.
• Department of the Treasury.
• Department of Homeland Security.
• Department of Agriculture.
• Department of Commerce.
• Central Intelligence Agency.
• Department of Transportation

Various governmental departments directly administer or support other governmental agencies. Examples of these US agencies are-

• The US Coast Guard (under Department of Homeland Security).
• The Federal Bureau of Investigation (under Department of Justice).
• Immigration Customs Enforcement (under Department of Homeland Security).
• Federal Communications Commission

The proper application of force is a critical component to any successful counterinsurgency operation. In a counterinsurgency, the center of gravity is public support. In order to defeat an insurgent force, US forces must be able to separate insurgents from the population. At the same time, US forces must conduct themselves in a manner that enables them to maintain popular domestic support. Excessive or indiscriminant use of force is likely to alienate the local populace, thereby increasing support for insurgent forces. Insufficient use of force results in increased risks to US forces and perceived weaknesses that can jeopardize the mission by emboldening insurgents and undermining domestic popular support. Achieving the appropriate balance requires a thorough understanding of the nature and causes of the insurgency, the end state, and the military’s role in a counterinsurgency operation. Nevertheless, US forces always retain the right to use necessary and proportional force for individual and unit self-defense in response to a hostile act or demonstrated hostile intent.

The media, print and broadcast (radio, television and the Internet), play a vital role in societies involved in a counterinsurgency. Members of the media have a significant influence and shaping impact on political direction, national security objectives, and policy and national will. The media is a factor in military operations. It is their right and obligation to report to their respective audiences on the use of military force. They demand logistic support and access to military operations while refusing to be controlled. Their desire for immediate footage and on-the-spot coverage of events, and the increasing contact with units and Soldiers (for example, with embedded reporters) require commanders and public affairs officers to provide guidance to leaders and Soldiers on media relations. However, military planners must provide and enforce ground rules to the media to ensure operations security. Public affairs offices plan for daily briefings and a special briefing after each significant event because the media affect and influence each potential target audience external and internal to the AO. Speaking with the media in a forward-deployed area is an opportunity to explain what our organizations and efforts have accomplished.

Continuous PSYOP are mounted to:

• Counter the effects of insurgent propaganda.
• Relate controls to the security and well-being of the population.
• Portray a favorable governmental image.

Control measures must:

• Be authorized by national laws and regulations (counterparts should be trained not to improvise unauthorized measures).
• Be tailored to fit the situation (apply the minimum force required to achieve the de-sired result).
• Be supported by effective local intelligence.
• Be instituted in as wide an area as possible to prevent bypass or evasion.
• Be supported by good communications.
• Be enforceable.
• Be lifted as the need diminishes.Be compatible, where possible, with local customs and traditions.
• Establish and maintain credibility of local government.

A control program may be developed in five phases:

• Securing and defending the area internally and externally.
• Organizing for law enforcement.
• Executing cordon and search operations.
• Screening and documenting the population (performing a detailed census).
• Performing public administration, to include resource control.

Support to the judiciary may be limited to providing security to the existing courts or may lead to more comprehensive actions to build local, regional, and national courts and the required support apparatus. To avoid overcrowding in police jails, the courts must have an efficient and timely magistrate capability, ideally co-located with police stations and police jails, to review cases for trial.

Cordon and search is a technique used by military and police forces in both urban and rural environments. It is frequently used by counterinsurgency forces conducting a population and resource control mission against small centers of population or subdivisions of a larger community. To be effective, cordon and search operations must have sufficient forces to effectively cordon off and thoroughly search target areas, to include subsurface areas.

PSYOP, civil affairs, and specialist interrogation teams should augment cordon and search orces to increase the effectiveness of operations. Consider the following when conducting cordon and search operations:

Cordon and search operations may be conducted as follows:

Disposition of troops should:

• Facilitate visual contact between posts within the cordon.
• Provide for adequate patrolling and immediate deployment of an effective re-serve force.

Priority should be given to:

• Sealing the administrative center of the community.
• Occupying all critical facilities.
• Detaining personnel in place.
• Preserving and securing all records, files, and other archives.

Key facilities include:

• Administrative buildings.
• Police stations.
• News media facilities.
• Post offices.
• Communications centers.

Transportation offices and motor pools.

• Prisons and other places of detention.
• Schools.
• Medical facilities.

Search Techniques include:

• Search teams of squad size organized in assault, support, and security elements.

One target is assigned per team:

• Room searches are conducted by two-person teams.
• Room search teams are armed with pistols, assault weapons, and automatic weapons.
• Providing security for search teams screening operations and facilities.

Pre-search coordination includes:

• Between control personnel and screening team leaders.
• Study of layout plans.
• Communications, that is, radio, whistle, and hand signals.
• Disposition of suspects.
• On-site security.
• Guard entrances, exits (to include the roof), halls, corridors, and tunnels.
• Assign contingency tasks for reserve.
• Room searches conducted by two- or three-person teams.
• Immobilize occupants with one team member.
• Search room with other team member.
• Search all occupants. When available, a third team member should be the re-corder.
• Place documents in a numbered envelope and tag the associated individual with a corresponding number.

SCREENING AND DOCUMENTING THE POPULATION

Screening and documentation include following:

• Systematic identification and registration.
• Issuance of individual identification cards containing:

• A unique number.
• Picture of individual.
• Personal identification data.
• Fingerprints.
• An official stamp (use different colors for each administration region).

Family group census cards, an official copy of which is retained at the local po-lice agency. These must include a picture and appropriate personal data.

Frequent use of mobile and fixed checkpoints for inspection, identification, and reg-istration of documents.

Preventing counterfeiting of identification and registration documents by laminat-ing and embossing.

Programs to inform the population of the need for identification and registration.

Covert surveillance is a collection effort with the responsibility fixed at the intelligence/security division or detective division of the police department. Covert techniques, ranging from application of sophisticated electronics systems to informants, should include-

Informant nets. Reliability of informants should be verified. Protection of identity is a must.

Block control. Dividing a community or populated area into zones where a trusted resident reports on the activities of the population. If the loyalty of block leaders is questionable, an informant net can be established to verify questionable areas.

…The document continues, page after page, throughout almost nine-hundred pages. In those other pages, the document outlines “REX 84″ “FEMA concentration camps”, already established, constructed and manned inside the United States, to be utilized to house “insurgents” who are rounded-up by government.

Conclusions

When I read the document, I knew that I could be criminally prosecuted for having it, prosecuted on a separate charge for reading it and prosecuted yet again for releasing information contained within it.

I decided that the threat to Liberty posed by the document made it imperative that I take action and I have done so. Now, all of you know!

I also realized that in order for the U.S. Government to prosecute me, the document would have to be authentic. They would have to admit the Document is authentic and actually Classified in order to bring any prosecution.

Since such an admission would prove me right and be an ominous warning to all of you that real trouble is here, I suspect I am safe from any reprisals for the time being. It’s a gamble with enormous consequences, but saving our Republic from a tyrannical government is worth my risk.

It is clear to me that very serious things are on the horizon here in America. It will be up to us, citizen-patriots, to step up to defend our liberty. I am ready. Are you?

In the popular sci-fi movie, Minority Report, the public of the future is heavily monitored by the government. Remember those small disks surveillance microrobots that spied on citizens? That type of technology may not be sci-fi for long. The U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is funding research for stealth surveillance robots that can fly and are the size and appearance of a common housefly. They believe the robot’s small size and fly-like appearance will be an invaluable tool in their eavesdropping arsenal.

“Nature makes the world’s best fliers,” says Robert Wood, leader of Harvard’s robotic-fly project and a professor at the university’s school of engineering and applied sciences. They chose the tiny housefly for the model because “you probably wouldn’t notice a fly in the room, but you certainly would notice a hawk.”

If you’re paranoid about being spied on—get out your flyswatters. A life-size, robotic fly has already taken flight at Harvard University. Weighing only 60 milligrams, with a wingspan of three centimeters, the tiny robot’s movements are modeled on those of a real fly. While work remains to be done on the mechanical insect, the researchers say that such small flying machines will likely eventually be used as spies as well as for other less controversial applications.

If you think being worried about government spying is silly—you might have missed the news in January of this year when President Bush announced that he’s allowed to open Americans’ mail. We also learned about undisclosed Pentagon and CIA demands for citizens’ financial records.

For five years now, the National Security Agency has been reading email and tapping phones without a warrant—actions explicitly forbidden by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. This legislation was the result of the violations the last time a president (Nixon) authorized the wiretapping of Americans citizens.

The FBI delivers tens of thousands of National Security Letters that demand personal records from businesses, and gags recipients barring individuals from speaking out. Phone companies are now forced to “work in cooperation” with the feds by giving the NSA access to customers’ private records.

I’m not saying whether or not it’s wrong for the government to use illegal means in order to catch the “bad guys”. I’m just pointing out a few similarities between reality and one of my favorite sci-fi movies.

But if you consider that maybe the whole point is simply to terrify the !@#$ out of people and make people afraid of ETs…. all of a sudden all those things make sense! Chase people around and zap them with these terrifying bright lights, kill a handful of them, and all of a sudden you have a whole country that’s terrified of “aliens”, and then you can show the footage on TV in America and terrify the !@#$ out of the American public too…..

That’s why I like the hypothesis that all those things are actually psychological warfare operations being conducted on the masses by New World Order(NWO)/Military-Industrial Complex(MIC), because they always have a vested interest in keeping the public terrified of the “Next Big Enemy”…. people are much easier to CONTROL when they are afraid….

Between you and Me, if I needed a skin sample, why not take the whole cow? Why leave behind the carcass? Mike Gravelle was bringing something last night at the UFO MeetUp that made sense to me. He told us that they had mapped all cow/human mutilations positions, and most of it was surrounding nuclear power stations and sites… How convenient when your organisation needs a meat/skin sample for analysis, and you can blame it on aliens.

I sure hope the population really sees how much we have been brainwashed to hate these creatures from space, in order to keep the military machinery going…
