A warning to the community – Exopolitics supporters are now spinning the ET phenomena

I have been aware of Webre’s philosophy regarding the extraterrestrial presence for a while now, but I didn’t know when he would finally come out and spread this disinformation. It seems that today was the day for the Spin. One day he is all about Peace in Space and then the next day he speaks about unethical extraterrestrials.

It is important for people to not been dragged into this nonsense, keeping their mind clear and understand really what is going on. There is a load of disinformation been spread about the motivations of our space brothers. We understand now that the UFO subculture has been heavily infiltrated by rogue elements and people like Salla and Webre have been misguided either intentionally or not.

Webre will take every news worthy subject and spin it to go in line with his agenda.

Edgar Mitchell’s testimony doesn’t depict anything bad from our space brothers, but yet this is used in this way by Exopolitics.

Exopolitics is just another way to say: “let’s bring the conflict with other civilizations, and turn this into a new science”.

UFO Hunters on History Channel, Abductionist propaganda?

Joe Burks here underline the important differences between what true diplomatic relations should be, and the more double faced Exopolitics trend. A lot of these Exopoliticians are convinced part of the ET groups up there are good and another part conducts experiments on us. This is certainly not how we should present ourselves to them, if true world wide contact would happen, especially since we have large amount of evidence that covert groups are involved with those experiments, without a shred of proof ETIs have any interest in doing that to the population.

In an important position paper last month “Exopolitics or Xenopolitics?”, Dr. Steven Greer responded to what he has identified as a dangerous trend in the emerging field of Exopolitics. His analysis starts with a sober acknowledgment of humanity’s limited knowledge concerning Et visitors, clearly more is unknown than is known in the vast field of ET studies. He reminds us that the willingness of some to jump to negative conclusions about ET methods and intentions will likely lead to unparalleled disaster. An important message that clearly Dr. Sala and others have not yet taken to heart.

Dr. Greer cautions us to look critically at “xenophobic rumors” during these “early stages of the ET interactions and relations.” He also councils us that “There is no way to assess an ET agenda without grasping the covert human agenda.” As in the past he aptly advises us of the danger that the reality of ET visitations will be used to promote conflict. He calls on us to “penetrate the halls of smoking mirrors that is the vast shadow governments propaganda machine.” Dr. Steven Greer concludes with the proposal that a, “council of concerned citizens” be formed to promote, a peaceful relationship with these cosmic visitors.

In my opinion this is no less than a call for a campaign of education and action. Dr. Greer suggests this new group might be called the “Council on Interplanetary Relations.” If past CSETI attempts to work in coalition are reviewed, one major obstacle can be clearly identified. That being the way in which alleged alien abductions are being used to promote fear. If a Council on Interplanetary Relations is to be created, then those who desire universal peace and cooperation will need to confront the alien abductionist subculture in its many forms.

Who can be trusted to start this work? In my opinion contactees and their supporters will play a central role. By our personal experience we can give a positive alternative vision of the ET-human relationship. We will need to study the ways in which alien abduction theorists operate. I’ve thought about this endeavor for over ten years, ever since Dr. Greer first suggested it to me in Asheville after a CSETI meeting. I strongly suspect a careful investigation will reveal how hypnosis is being abused by so called alien abduction researchers and that CE-4 witnesses are being manipulated to create narratives of pure terror. The role of corporate dominated “infotainment” industry in service to the Control Groups will also need to be examined. Those who choose to study this complex problem will likely have to identify the many ways in which “high strangeness” manifests during human-ET interactions. An analysis of the extraordinary psychical capabilities of ETI will also be needed. All are controversial subjects to tackle.

This is clearly an ambitions project. I invite other members of the list to dialogue with me concerning these suggestions. I will be posting information and hope others will join me in this exciting and important research endeavor.

Exopolitics is Xenopolitics?

I’ve been happy to transmit the Exopolitics Toronto press release on my blog for nearly 6 months now.

M. Vigianni’s messages were always clear and free of abduction content, which made me very happy.

It was brought to my attention, through his last mail that Exopolitics is just like any other tabloids and falls for the abduction garbage out there.

This was a disappointment for me. This is the 2nd Canadian that I have to mark off as been straight with the ET disclosure. I had to stop publishing the news about Alfred Weber a few weeks back due to the same issues.

There seem to be this constant pattern of building up credibility, then using it to spin the story around to promote fear and the “Bad Alien” propaganda.

Is exopolitics turning into xenopolitics? This is seriously what It feels like.

EXOPOLITICS – Ex-defence minister joins search for aliens

A new group is pushing for full disclosure about extra-terrestrials, and they’ve enlisted a former Canadian cabinet minister to help make their case

Victor Viggiani has one of the toughest jobs in the universe. The retired elementary school principal spends his time lobbying reporters to blow a massive government cover-up wide open and reveal that extra-terrestrials have been visiting our planet for years.

“I have no intention of convincing anybody of anything,” said Viggiani, 59, director of media relations for Exopolitics Toronto, a non-profit educational group pushing for full disclosure of the truth about off-world beings.

“What I do is point them to the evidence.”

Exopolitics is a field of study that has moved far beyond the question of whether we are alone in the universe. Its supporters believe there is enough evidence out there that they can state as fact that a) intelligent, sentient, ethical extra-terrestrials exist; b) they have made contact; and c) they probably have light years of lessons to teach us about sustainable energy sources and countless other matters of global importance.

“This has nothing to do with lights in the sky,” Viggiani said. “… We are attempting to put together a civilian diplomacy movement that will verse people in these kinds of things so that we can develop a relationship with these extra-terrestrials and become part of that community.

“But we are not ready yet,” said Viggiani, who lives with his wife in Mississauga. “As a species, we are not ready yet.”

A large part of getting ready to deal with diplomacy on such a high level involves lifting what exopoliticians often refer to as the “truth embargo” on government information about the subject.

Viggiani does his part by collecting reams of documents, such as thick files he obtained from the Canadian Department of National Defence under the Access to Information Act on what pilots talk about when they are scrambled to track “non-correlated targets,” also known as UFOs.

But in order to get to the point where a team of investigative reporters would be willing to dive into what Viggiani calls a “cosmic Watergate,” he faces what is arguably an even greater hurdle: “the ridicule factor.”

Ridicule is a potent weapon that ensures newspapers actually willing to mention extra-terrestrials in their pages usually add throwaway lines about little green men.

Viggiani believes this is part of a deliberate government plan to keep this stuff under wraps because it inhibits potential witnesses from coming forward.

“The ridicule factor is extremely powerful,” said Viggiani.

As any public relations guru would know, it helps to have a credible celebrity to champion your cause.

Viggiani found his champion in Paul Hellyer, who was federal defence minister in Lester B. Pearson’s cabinet and then ran for the Liberal leadership against Pierre Trudeau in 1968.

“I think the significance – and they are probably exaggerating it – but the significance is that I’m the first person of cabinet rank in the G8 to have come out openly and unequivocally and said the extra-terrestrial presence is real,” said Hellyer, who explained that his interest does not derive from anything he learned while he was defence minister. He said he is currently reviewing the file he had while in cabinet, “but it doesn’t really tell me very much” except that most sightings can be explained by natural phenomena while others cannot.

It also helps to make the most out of any step in the right direction.

In May, Exopolitics Toronto, on behalf of the Canadian Exopolitics Initiative, sent a letter to the governor general of Canada that outlined much of the documented material and requested she meet with credible experts to discuss disclosure and diplomacy.

Her secretary’s office responded two weeks later, suggesting their “concerns would be best addressed by the Canadian Space Agency and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.”

In a press kit he hands out to reporters and other media people, Viggiani called the response a “major breakthrough in Canada’s disclosure initiatives.”

“It’s an admission that she now knows, or her office knows, that we are concerned about this and gives us the opportunity within the Canadian government to find out more,” Viggiani said in an interview, while at the same time conceding: “It’s a generic response – there’s no doubt about it.”

Stephen Bassett, executive director of the Paradigm Research Group in Washington, D.C., said he has noticed a change in the way extra-terrestrial topics are covered in the media of late.

“They still have to apply the same sort of phraseologies and some of the lightness and the humour and – I guess you could call it ridicule – but they get all the information in,” said Bassett, referring in particular to three recent stories published in the Washington Post.

But the dearth of serious coverage has Bassett suspecting whether publishers and national security forces are working together to keep things quiet.

“The failure of the major media in the United States to cover the ET issue is one of the great failures of all journalism,” he said.

Why We Fight The UFO/ET Information War

My uninformed mainstream friends often ask me questions like, “Why are you so interested and involved with UFOs? Even if they are real and extraterrestrial, what is the big deal? We know you are an intelligent guy, why are you wasting your time on this? You could be so much more productive in other areas if you seriously want to help humanity.” Sometimes I try to answer, but more often than not I just sigh and let the conversation move on to other subjects of interest.

Others in the field of exopolitics are subject to these same questions from the uninformed and propagandized public and they try their best to answer them as I do. Sometimes we just get so tired of having to do the thinking for other people and having to put up with all the denial and ridicule. We have to keep trying because the future of our humanity and our planet is at stake.

If humanity were to discover the truth, this is what I believe would happen. If people had substantial contact with ethical advanced stellar civilizations they would see that there is a more enlightened way to live and a better way to run a planet. People could see how much better off they would be if they were to cooperate amongst themselves rather than engage in mutual predation. They would understand that the way our society is presently structured is just like the pyramid food chain in nature.

At the top of the food chain we have the toughest meanest predators, sophisticated gangsters, that reward those lower down by moving them up in rank and benefits and punish those that do not cooperate by moving them down in rank and benefits. People would compare the way things are organized here on earth with how more advanced stellar societies are organized. They would think, if we follow these stellar societies economic, political and religious models rather than our own, we could be like they, and be much better off than we are now. It should not take a rocket scientist or “lawyer” to figure this out.

People in America have become so dumbed down and propagandized by the mass media and a public educational system that is structured to crank out obedient wage slaves rather than enlightened free thinkers, that most people really think America is a free society. The chilling truth is that America and the rest of the world is a sophisticated slave society run by sophisticated gangster families. Ben Fulford former Asian bureau chief of Forbes magazine has articulated this truth better than anybody I have seen of late. People really need to read the transcripts of the Jeff Rense interviews with Ben. The struggle for freedom, liberty and truth becomes ever more complicated and sophisticated as freedom loving truth seekers struggle to keep up with the ever more sophisticated forms of inter-species human predation worldwide. While some freedom loving people overtly battle and struggle against the denial of basic human rights and freedom around the globe, there are also those of us who find ourselves in much more sophisticated and complicated global covert battle and struggle.

We involved in exopolitics find ourselves involved in a struggle against very sophisticated tyrants and families of tyrants that seek to enslave humanity worldwide covertly. We have become drawn into this global political battle because these secretly ruling elites are not only harmful to humanity but to humanities relations with other extraterrestrial races as well. These elites have placed themselves squarely between us and the extraterrestrial races and so have become an obstacle obstructing further human evolution on earth.

The battle lines of our covert struggle extend from our external reality into the Internet and through our individual minds. Most people including our friends and relatives have trouble appreciating our efforts because our activities have moved beyond their horizons. Friends often become confused and even hostile to us, feeling that we have abandoned the world to escape into realms of fantasy. While this may be true for many in our field who lose their way amongst all the misinformation and disinformation, it is not true for all of us.

The mainstream public needs to begin to appreciate the fact that we in the UFO/ET community are fighting a formidable adversary with almost unlimited global resources, yet we may eventually win the war after losing every battle because we hold the moral high ground and we have the Internet. These sophisticated gangster families who secretly control humanity through corporations, foundations, governments, religions and secret societies for their own greedy, selfish and environmentally destructive ends no longer use food and simple propaganda to control the masses. Instead they control the money supply, the mass media and the public educational system so as to achieve the same aims as Fulford has articulated so well in his writings and interviews.

Society and its organizational structure has changed little over the thousands of years, it has just got much more sophisticated. Still there is hope that the truth embargo is ending. Governments around the world are losing patience with America’s failure of leadership and are breaking ranks to bring out exopolitical truth to the public. These families have their members and their servants well placed throughout society, and especially noteworthy, they control intelligence agencies around the world as Fulford has pointed out. Because the ruling elite monitor and control the intelligence agencies at the highest levels, they know that the earth is visited by higher intelligence with advanced technology for as least thousands of years, They know that earth humanities interaction both overt and covert throughout history has been massive and longstanding and that we ourselves are a product of not only natural evolution by artificial evolution as well.

They know that the Bible and other sacred texts record not only mankind’s history on earth but mankind’s historic interactions with human extraterrestrial races. They know that some of these intelligent races are human and that the human race on earth is part of a greater humanity that long ago embarked on voyages of discovery through space and time and have since spread out and populated many diverse natural and artificial ecosystems.

The elite know that knowledge of our true origins and position in the cosmos will be liberating and enlightening and that they fear losing control over the masses of humanity. For this reason they use formidable public and private resources to maintain an information embargo on the truth so as to hold humanity in bondage for as long as they are able to do so.

It is not enough to just challenge the masters and point out the error of their ways, but we must also clearly and articulately address the slaves who do not believe themselves to be slaves in this modern era. This job may be just as difficult as dealing with the masters for very different reasons. Those of us that have penetrated the illusions of democracy here and abroad realize that masters and slaves continue to evolve their relationship of mutual self destruction into more and more sophisticated forms. Masters and their wage slaves now threaten the planet with atomic and environmental destruction. For this reason we who value freedom and liberty must win the information war and end the truth blackout imposed upon the world public about the extraterrestrial presence.

Exopolitics Meetups > The Brisbane Cosmic Connection Meetup Group

Our next meeting will be an outdoor meditation with the intention of initiating contact with ETs and connecting the Earth grid with higher vibrations. The meeting is tentatively scheduled for about 7pm on Wednesday, August 15, at the Sacred Circle, Samford Deer Park. We will meet at Cameron’s place, 122 Blackwood St, Mitchelton (just off Samford Rd, which, incidentally, is the road to Samford), at 6:30pm and go in 2 cars.

FYI the instructions that we received from Maris, the Grey teacher, about initiating contact are as follows:

“For a group to initiate contact with ETs it is important that everyone present is in the right mind-set – love rather than fear. If we detect fear or prejudice with anyone then we will not approach, but such a mind-state can draw other more negative energies in like moths to a flame. These would not be ETs but rather lower astral plane entities, which are much easier to attract, so care needs to be taken.

Sit quietly and calmly, place yourselves in a state of light meditation, and send out thoughts of love, connection and oneness to us. If you are in the right frame of mind we will try to approach, providing it is safe for us to do so.”

I hope everyone will keep these things in mind. I would also like to suggest the following:
- refrain from alcohol, caffiene and sugar from about noon on the day of the meditation
- stay well-hydrated and bring a bottle of purified water to drink
- have a good feed, preferably of fruit, beforehand (fruit raises the vibration)
- exercise in the morning and have a sleep in the afternoon if you can
- bring warm clothes and even a blanket
- be at peace

Letter to the Exopolitical Elders

This article is addressed to the Exopolitical elders who have struggled by all ethical means possible over many years against those who would deny the people of the world their cosmic civil rights and liberties. It has been a long struggle and will surely continue for many years to come. We few have stood up for the many, humanities right to know the truth, for the right of free assembly with all ethical beings, and the right to pursue our religious, scientific, political activities in conjunction with advanced ethical celestial space faring societies. Many of us recognize the fact that most of the worlds religions have been founded by advanced ethical space faring societies. We few have begun a cosmic rights movement but is our children who will have to pursue this movement in mass if they are to free themselves from the strategic deceptions perpetrated against their minds and bodies by the unethical, the unscrupulous, the greedy, the fearful and the hateful.

We the few while we have stood up for the many have endured the ridicule heaped upon us by the many. Yet we have persevered true to our own selves and to others no matter what the cost. We have forgiven our adversaries and the public who have been deceived into attacking us. We will continue the struggle for both the truth and our love of those who advertently or inadvertently out of ignorance persecute and ridicule us. Our adversaries have show the power of deception to ensnare and all but shut down open dialogue between people involving Exopoltical realities. The power of the wall of denial and ridicule laid down upon us all has subverted our emerging stellar civilization and set us all on the path to intellectual and emotional stagnation and planetary disaster.

It is no secret to secular and religious people alike that we live in apocalyptic times. This massive cover-up has been going on for almost six decades since the UFO crash near Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947, an event which was certainly not caused by balloons, as alleged by the U.S. Air force. Such myths are only accepted by the ignorant or the powerful and their subjects.”

♣ May 2005 – The Brazilian Air Force (FAB), entered into an agreement with civilian researchers to release information and jointly investigate UFO incidents.

♣ October 1998 – Edgar Mitchell Apollo Astronaut – “I am an American astronaut and a trained scientist. Because of my position people in high places confide in me. And, as a result, I have no doubt that aliens HAVE visited this planet. The American government and governments throughout the world have thousands of files of UFO sightings which cannot be explained.”

♣ November 1950 – Wilbert B. Smith Senior Radio Engineer – Canadian Department of Transportation Memoranda – “The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even than the H-bomb. Flying saucers exist. Their modus operandi is unknown but concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Doctor Vannevar Bush. The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance.”

Summary
In the series of unprecedented events and statements such as the ones presented above by witnesses and government figures over the last several years and, specifically with reference to the remarkable announcements by France and Britain to release their UFO files to the scientific community and the public, it is now clearly apparent that a coherent international movement towards Disclosure is underway.

It is no coincidence that this growing international acknowledgement and agreement to release UFO/ET information has reached major proportions; ascended to by two of the world’s major democracies in order to end the secrecy and open the window of formal Disclosure. It is now also clear that governments who choose to condone secrecy about this issue are becoming increasingly isolated.

Given these facts and the recent series of international Disclosure events, several questions arise:
♣ How must/will Canada react?

♣ Is Canada willing to be left behind among other G7 countries as they begin to examine both the historical and future implications of contact with off-world civilizations?

♣ Will Canada, as a respected member of the United Nations, disavow or boldly sustain its role as an international leader in the pursuit of social justice and human rights concerns surrounding the educational, social, economic and environmental implications the Extraterrestrial matter holds for all citizens of the planet?

♣ Given that these off-world civilizations possess technologies and energy sources that allow them to engage in interstellar travel, will Canada become a leading proponent of and advocate for a promise of a new level of civilization with New Energy sources and radically new industrial, medical and environmental technologies?

♣ Will Canada join the wave of initiatives to engage a global dialogue and a process of international education concerning diplomatic contact with off-world civilizations that France and the UK and other nations are now undertaking?

♣ Given that Canada is in the midst of a deep political crisis for the survival of its sovereignty and; that Canada faces the real risk of going into deep integration with the USA military-industrial complex at this moment in history, will Canada choose to engage Disclosure over the sequestration of information in favour of Canadian sovereignty and independence from the USA, which has not chosen Disclosure to date?

These are among the many fundamental questions that must be addressed lest Canada too becomes isolated by elements of secrecy and the embargo against the authentic nature of what other nations are now stating is… the truth.

In light of the French and United Kingdom decisions to release previously classified information on this subject, and the imminent plans by a G7 ally of Canada to attempt open contact with the Extraterrestrial civilizations, it is important that we brief you at your earliest convenience.

Glossary

This is a list I compiled for the UFO Neophites and as an introduction to the subject. The definitions comes from various sources. Submit corrections and comments to my main email adress please.

CIA: Central Intelligence Agency: an independent agency of the United States government responsible for collecting and coordinating intelligence and counterintelligence activities abroad in the national interest; headed by the Director of Central Intelligence under the supervision of the President and National Security Council.

NSA: National Security Agency. A United States agency within the US Department of Defense responsible for signals intelligence, encryption, cryptography, and related topics. NSA was established by a still classified executive order. Thus the full scope of its powers and responsibilities remains secret. NSA is involved in computer security policy and setting computer and communications security standards within the United States.

NRO: National Reconnaissance Office (or National Recon Organization). The task of NRO is to monitor and oversee international communications and the operation of the nations spy satellite system. NRO is a classified top secret intelligence agency with a budget of over $2 billion a year. It is also responsible for security for all alien or alien crafts connected projects.

FAA: Federal Aviation Administration; the agency of the US government regulating aviation, including skydiving.

DOD: The US department that is in charge of ensuring national security and regulating military moves.

SDI: A defense system begun by the Reagan administration and nicknamed “Star Wars” that combined computerized radar monitoring of incoming missiles and shooting them down with automated interceptor missiles. Controversial from the start about its feasibility, the program is being dismantled in the 1990s.

Project Paperclip: Originally called Operation Overcast, Operation Paperclip was the codename for the operation by the US intelligence services and military to extract scientists specialising in rocketry (e.g. V-1, V-2), chemical weapons (e.g. Zyklon-B),chemical reaction technology and medicine from Germany after the collapse of the Nazi government during World War II. These scientists and their families were secretly brought to the United States, without State Department review and approval.

Project Grudge: Short-lived project by the U.S. Air Force to investigate unidentified flying objects (UFOs). Grudge succeeded Project Sign in February, 1949, and was then followed by Project Blue Book. The project formally ended in December 1949, but actually continued on in a very minimal capacity until late 1951.

Project Sign: An official U.S. government study of unidentified flying objects undertaken by the United States Air Force in late 1947 and dissolved in late 1948. Sign officially came to claim that UFO’s were of extraterrestrial origin, most of the project’s personnel came to favor the extraterrestrial hypothesis.

Project Bluebook: Project Blue Book was one of a series of systematic studies of Unidentified flying objects (UFOs) conducted by the United States Air Force. It was the second revival of such study, started in 1952, and was active up to January 1970, as it had been ordered for termination in December 1969.

UFO: Unidentified Flying Object. This UFO replaces “flying saucer” from 1952 at first in USAF documents, later in books and articles. Edward Ruppelt used “UFO” in Blue Book to cut short with jokes about flying saucers.

ETV: Extraterrestrial Vehicle. Craft controlled by extraterrestrial intelligence.

UAP: Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.

ARV: Alien Reproduction Vehicle. Vehicles manufactured in secret organisation that replicates recovered crashed extraterrestrial vehicles propulsion system using reverse-engineering.

Exopolitics: Exopolitics is the politics related to what should happen if intelligent extraterrestrial life is found and we are able to communicate with it. The people of the world and their governments will need to determine how to manage those interactions. The development of policy guidelines for dealing with extraterrestrial beings and territory has been considered by authors such as Michael Salla and Alfred Webre.

MJ-12: The name of the secret control group. President Eisenhower commissioned a secret society known as THE JASON SOCIETY (Jason Scholars) to sift through all the facts, evidence, technology, lies and deception and find the truth of the alien question. The society was made up of 32 of the most prominent men in the country in 1972 and the top 12 members were designated MJ-12. MJ-12 has total control over everything. They are designated by the codes J-1, J-2, etc. all the way through the members of the Jason Society.

NWO: The term New World Order refers to a belief among apocalyptic religious and various political groups, especially in the United States, that some powerful secret group has created a secret plan, known as the New World Order (NWO), to rule the world via a world government. The belief may stem – at least partly – from the phrase New World Order, which has been used in politics for much of the Twentieth Century.

MIC: The term military-industrial complex usually refers to the combination of the U.S. armed forces, arms industry and associated political and commercial interests, which grew rapidly in scale and influence in the wake of World War II, although it can also be used to describe any such relationship of industry and military. It is sometimes used to refer to the iron triangle which is argued to exist between weapons makers/military contractors, The Pentagon and the United States Congress.
