M. Vigianni’s messages were always clear and free of abduction content, which made me very happy.
It was brought to my attention, through his last mail that Exopolitics is just like any other tabloids and falls for the abduction garbage out there.
This was a disappointment for me. This is the 2nd Canadian that I have to mark off as been straight with the ET disclosure. I had to stop publishing the news about Alfred Weber a few weeks back due to the same issues.
There seem to be this constant pattern of building up credibility, then using it to spin the story around to promote fear and the “Bad Alien” propaganda.

GROUP SUCCESSFULLY SUES NASA TO RELEASE FILES
The world’s largest aerospace agency - NASA has been forced to release files it has steadfastly refused to release; until now.
This court decision, as rendered is a milestone in the pursuit of free access to government files sequestered for over 40 years.
Toronto ON, Canada November 19 – The Coalition for Freedom of Information (CFi) has won a landmark decision in a settlement of a law suit against NASA in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Presiding Judge Emmet G. Sullivan approved a settlement that requires NASA to comb through hundreds of documents and provide copies to the plaintiff – journalist Leslie Kean and CFi under the watchful eye of the courts. Previously, as a result of NASA’s refusal to release its records concerning the 1965 Kecksburg PA incident, CFi filed the initial suit in December of 2003 after NASA’s refusal to release these files under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act.
NASA is required to declassify documents pertaining to the alleged crash site investigation which some witnesses indicate was in reality a controlled landing of an unidentified space-like craft.
John Podesta, former Chief of Staff in the Clinton White House and President of the Center of American Progress supports this action and has stated: “The time to pull the curtain back on this incident is long overdue. Leslie Kean’s victory is a triumph for open government and the spirit of inquiry.”
NASA is required to not only declassify relevant documents but explain redactions and to pay Kean’s court costs.
The entire incident captured the imagination of the town’s people of Kecksburg. It was described by many in Kecksburg as being a controlled landing of an unusual craft followed by a military recovery of a space-like object. The entire area was cordoned off by U.S. military personnel who investigated the site without providing an explanation about their investigations. Some witnesses reported having seen a large object being carried on a flat-bed truck – escorted by military vehicles – moving out of the town after the incident.
In this unprecedented court victory the public right to know has been upheld. This court victory also deals a significant blow to the U.S. government’s on-going silence and resistance to the release of certain records relating to unidentified flying objects following legitimate FOIA requests.
In a statement Leslie Kean indicated; “Finally, we hope to acquire the relevant documents about Kecksburg that are required by law. I look forward to working with NASA on the resolution of the terms set out by the court and to providing the public with the information it has been waiting for.”
Little is known about the type of files that will ultimately be released; whether or not the files will reveal an analysis of the object type, its composition, propulsion system if any, occupants – if any, or any of the other aspects of characteristics that are sometimes attributed to unidentified flying objects that have landed or crashed here on Earth.

As you may be aware Larry King will again address the UFO/ET issue Thurs. Nov 8 at 9:00 ET.
This is the second program within a few months that he and his producers (ownership?) have decided to tackle the matter of an ET presence. If CNN ownership is involved one can safely assume there just may be a concerted/orchestrated effort behind the scenes to move this issue into the public consciousness, thus usurping the major issue of the day – Britney Spears’ spending habits. A highly provocative decision!

This time, King apparently will have military officials (retired/active unsure) discussing the National Security implications of the ET issue.
We must not have exaggerated expectations however. There have been innumerable situations and events that purport to enliven the issue but ultimately treat it as media fodder.
This could be different. Why you ask?
Although this may be another white-wash of the issue; strategically it could be a legitimate engagement that will help mobilize other media towards disclosure investigation. Especially if the military people he has on the program have some stake in or convictional motivation to dismantle the truth embargo.
Tactically, this could also put tools in the hands of journalists to follow the lead of military people who may be risking careers and reputations by coming forward.

We present our concerns to you the Prime Minister of Canada, as an elected official and, with the greatest humility and non-partisan urgency, draw your attention to a matter that Canadians and the rest of humanity can no longer ignore.
Four remarkable international and Canadian events have prompted Exopolitics Toronto and the associated members of the Canadian Exopolitics Initiative to bring this matter to your attention:
1. The Governments of France (March 2007) and the United Kingdom (May 2007) have decided to release to the international scientific community previously classified documentation on Extraterrestrial craft now visiting Earth.
2. Her Excellency Governor General of Canada Michaëlle Jean in her May 30, 2007 response to a May 17, 2007 correspondence from Exopolitics Toronto has suggested a specified course of action be taken by us to communicate with the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service to ascertain the state of concern in Ottawa regarding the UFO/ET phenomenon in Canada.
3. Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter the first Director of the CIA from 1947 to 1950, stated, “It is time for the truth to be brought out… Behind the scenes, high-ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs… I urge immediate Congressional action to reduce the dangers from secrecy about Unidentified Flying Objects.”
4. The United Nations General Assembly voted to approve decision 33/426, inviting U.N. Member States “to take appropriate steps to coordinate on a national level scientific research and investigation into extraterrestrial life, including unidentified flying objects, and to inform the Secretary-General of the observations, research and evaluation of such activities.”
As a result of these four significant occurrences it is vital that you, our Prime Minister and the Government of Canada, rise above the blatantly flawed notion that UFOs are unreal, illusory or vexatious natural phenomenon, and by following the lead of the Governor General, the UN, France and Britain, and a former CIA Director, announce open Parliamentary Hearings into this highly complex issue.
A New Era for Canada
Monday September 17, 2007 will be an important day for Canada.
Aside from being the first day of Parliament’s 40th Session, it could well be the day when you stand before the people of Canada and its elected representatives in the House of Commons to begin a new era of openness, truth and inquiry.
It could be the day that you, as Prime Minister of Canada, one of the most well respected nations on the planet for its commitment to social justice and the truth, announce to Parliament, to the people of Canada and the world of the existence of radically new energy sources that will eliminate the need for fossil fuels, and of the existence of technologies capable of transforming the planet’s environmental chaos into an era of new solutions and environmental sustainability.
You will also be able to announce that not only do these technologies exist but they have been derived from energy and propulsion systems of vehicles of extraterrestrial origin.
Furthermore your message to Parliament will state:
-The U.S. government – as the major player among many – has sequestered these technologies behind a wall of deep secrecy for over six decades.
-These technologies have been used for weaponry and other military and national security purposes by the American military establishment and not for a genuine response to the planet’s spiraling environmental degradation.
You may even have to announce that Canada has been unwittingly complicit in this secrecy. However, Canadians are now prepared to confront and investigate the overwhelming evidence that has been concealed by a strict code of secrecy among many G8 countries – a secrecy code predominantly dictated by the United States of America.
Admittedly these are frightening announcements for any leader to make to his or her country and to the world but fortunately – you will be speaking – the truth.
You, Prime Minister will be the first leader of a democratic nation to come forward to conclusively declare an end to the embargo of the truth surrounding the presence of advanced and ethical off-world civilizations.
You will no doubt wish to conduct your own investigation among Canadian agencies within the national security establishment, the military, NORAD, the RCMP and CSIS during the remaining weeks of the summer. However, before you do, please consider the following evidence.
The Evidence
Your statements to Parliament will be based on the corroborative testimony of expert scientific, military and corporate witnesses, political figures and diplomats that would be accepted as evidence in any court of law. Your information to Parliament will also be based on documents, letters and memoranda in the possession of the Canadian Defense Department, NORAD and declassified American documents as well as other international documentation.
Exopolitics Toronto and the associated members of the Canadian Exopolitics Initiative are more than willing to share with you and provide open access to these documents and others obtained under the Access to Information Act from the Canadian Defense Department. As an example, this AIA documentation clearly indicates Canadian NORAD jets have been frequently scrambled to chase and be easily eluded by craft of unknown origin, under intelligent control and tracked by our own radar.
The preliminary evidential material upon which you will base your announcement is summarized here for you and the entire country to explore.
-You will be able to unequivocally state that during April and May of 2007, Great Britain’s Ministry of Defense indicated that it will be releasing its UFO sighting reports to the public for examination.
-You can unequivocally state that in March 2007 – The French National Space Agency, (CNES), placed 1600 previously classified UFO sighting reports into the public domain for the examination of the international scientific community; beginning the process of full disclosure of craft of non-Earth origin.
-You will remind Canadians that the Honourable Paul Hellyer, Canada’s Defense Minister from 1963 to 1967 under Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson and Deputy Prime Minister under Pierre Trudeau, stated publicly in September 2005 at the University of Toronto’s Convocation Hall before the press and over 500 people, “UFOs, are as real as the airplanes that fly over your head.” Mr. Hellyer then called for a full government investigation into this matter.
-Mr. Hellyer’s statements are based on documentation provided by Phillip J. Corso, a former Colonel in the US Air Force Intelligence, who had direct contact with, and was in charge of material from crashed extraterrestrial vehicles.
-Mr. Hellyer’s statements and Colonel Corso’s documentation are supported by a retired American four star General as being, “true and even more…”
-The first Director of the CIA from 1947 to 1950, Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter stated, “It is time for the truth to be brought out… Behind the scenes, high-ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs. But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense… I urge immediate Congressional action to reduce the dangers from secrecy about Unidentified Flying Objects…” Hillenkoetter, Roscoe; Aliens from Space, Major Donald E. -You can inform Canadians that in September 2005 – Former Apollo astronaut, Dr. Brian O’Leary, wrote in a foreword to Hidden Truth, Forbidden Knowledge, by Dr. Steven Greer, “These revelations underscore a long, sordid history of governmental and media secrecy and the acquisition of technologies such as microelectronics, anti-gravity propulsion and zero-point, or “free” energy, from our visitors. This massive cover-up has been going on for almost six decades since the UFO crash near Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947, an event which was certainly not caused by balloons, as alleged by the U.S. Air force. Such myths are only accepted by the ignorant or the powerful and their subjects.”
-You can also state that in May 2005 the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), entered into an agreement with civilian researchers to release information and jointly investigate UFO incidents.
-You can share with Parliament that in October 1998, Apollo Astronaut Edgar Mitchell stated, “I am an American astronaut and a trained scientist. Because of my position people in high places confide in me. And, as a result, I have no doubt that aliens HAVE visited this planet. The American government and governments throughout the world have thousands of files of UFO sightings which cannot be explained.”
-You can affirm that in November 1950, Wilbert B. Smith, a Senior Radio Engineer with the Canadian Department of Transportation wrote the now famous 3 page memoranda to his superiors after his historic trip to Washington DC that states: “The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even than the H-bomb. Flying saucers exist. Their modus operandi is unknown but (a) concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Doctor Vannevar Bush. The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance.” Furthermore you will be able to show MPs and journalists an actual signed copy of the Smith memoranda that Exopolitics Toronto can provide for you.
-You will be able to confirm that at two separate Press Conferences in October 2002 and 2003 one time Chief of Staff in the White House under President Clinton, John Podesta, called for the release of all government documents relevant to the extraterrestrial issue. He did so following his tenure in the Clinton White House after watching billionaire Laurance Rockefeller work through the Office of Science and Technology Policy for three years to persuade the Clinton Administration to end the secrecy surrounding the ET issue. “Now a former White House chief of staff… want(s) to know what the Pentagon knows, calling on it to release classified files about… incidents involving unidentified flying objects, or UFOs.” Podesta stated: “It is time for the government to declassify records that are more than 25 years old and to provide scientists with data that will assist in determining the real nature of this phenomenon.” CNN October 22, 2002.
-You can, without reservation, state that a Canadian, Alfred Lambremont-Webre, while at the Stanford Research Institute, directed a proposed Extraterrestrial Communication Study Project for the Carter White House administration. This project was initiated because President Carter while with 10 friends had seen a UFO in 1969.
-You will be able to show Members of Parliament a 1947 handwritten letter by former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover concerning his request for “…full access to discs recovered…” by the U.S. Army. This dated and handwritten memo is available to you.
-You will be able to quote chapter and verse from a 90 page report, AVIATION SAFETY IN AMERICA – A PREVIOUSLY NEGLECTED FACTOR by a former NASA scientist that hundreds of pilot sightings each year dominate the issue of airline passenger safety and scientifically explains the impact of electromagnetic effects of unidentified aerial phenomenon on electronics and other avionics aboard passenger jets.
-If you wish to do so you can even allow MPs to listen to real-time and authentic audio transmissions between pilots and air traffic controllers describing, with intimate and precise detail, encounters with intelligently controlled aerial phenomenon. Exopolitics Toronto will freely share these audio transmissions with your office.
-Finally, you will be able to reinforce your argument to establish public Parliamentary Hearings on this vital matter by maintaining that if a similarly large body of evidential and witness material existed concerning an alleged corporate bank fraud or irregularities in the RCMP or CSIS, Parliamentary Hearings would be launched immediately and without hesitation to ascertain the truth.
Your announcement will have an even more expansive impact because the above evidential material does not include the Disclosure Project testimony of over 420 corporate and military witnesses accumulated by a leading disclosure based project in Washington D.C. under the direction of Dr. Steven M. Greer. Nor does it include the many thousands of pages of civilian-scientist research on this issue over the last 40 years. To make the above assertion even more air-tight, these 420 Disclosure witnesses have openly stated they are willing to testify, under oath, before the U.S. Congress about their direct encounters with crash site investigations, secret documents, cumulative photographic evidence, radar reports and the handling and storage of debris and bodies from crashed ET vehicles. Jurisprudential evidence of this quality does not get any better, especially when witnesses possess the ranks of Brigadier Generals, Captains of ICBM Launch facilities, Senior FAA Crash Site Investigators, astronauts, pilots and officers with above top secret clearance.
Beyond All Oversight
One of the most distressing aspects of the secrecy surrounding this issue is the abject absence of oversight by our elected officials. Canadian elected officials are completely unaware of the data, yet national security agencies and the military closely guard it from any unwanted scrutiny.
Consider this: Fastwalker is a code word created by NORAD to classify unidentified flying objects which approach our Earth from space and enter our atmosphere. From a military facility deep inside Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, USA, the US Air Force NORAD facility tracks an average of 500 of these Fastwalkers each year. As you know, NORAD is a joint American-Canadian operation theoretically subject to the oversight of the American and Canadian governments. Prime Minister – how often is Fastwalker information discussed in Cabinet?
While most ordinary Canadians are familiar with the acronym UFO, they are totally unaware of the immense documentation, the research and deep furtive interest in and the examination of this matter by international military and national security agencies such as the CIA, NSA, NRO, NASA, RCMP and CSIS. In fact the NSA has 40 documents attesting to their interest in this issue on its web site. The informational sequestration and the classified activities of agencies like NORAD take place beyond any civilian or political oversight. In other words Mr. Prime Minister – neither you nor any of your senior Cabinet Ministers have access to this data. This secrecy is six decades old.
This awkward reality will cause Parliament great concern. Not only will MPs be taken aback by your message but it will motivate them to coalesce into a non-partisan movement to get to the root of this matter of governance usurped and democracy denied.
Canada will have created the ideal opportunity to be the next G8 nation to come forward internationally to support the disclosure decisions by France and Britain.
A Moral Issue
The question remains: How much longer will the Canadian citizenry and their elected representatives continue to be deprived of rightful oversight and remain totally uninformed of and oblivious to the disclosure of this provocative evidential information?
You must now recognize that ultimately this is not a political issue but a moral one.
The environment and the truth have endured an endless assault. The Canadian people have been kept in the dark long enough and have been powerlessly paying inordinately high prices for fossil fuels that are proven carcinogens. This has resulted in an odd conundrum.
While helpless, unwitting Canadians subsidize the depletion of their own ozone layer, virtually constant smog layers in their urban centres, endure spiraling respiratory problems, they are lead to believe the absurd notion that growing corn to feed our cars with ethanol is morally acceptable while our poor lack suitable grains and protein to eat.
This conundrum exists in the clear light of unambiguous evidence indicating that radically new technologies and virtually free energy sources can be revealed by a full examination of the UFO/ET phenomenon, a sequestered reality for 60 years.
Canada must extricate itself from this succession of secrecy and complicity to empower its strong global leadership to fully engage the truth with the French and British.
For these reasons alone, the Conservative government has a patently moral responsibility to probe into these issues, publicly. Not necessarily because this issue relates to national security, energy depletion, environmental degradation or lack of legislative oversight but because people of integrity and of international prominence, know and speak the truth. These individuals of prominence possess a deep inside knowledge of how governments and military have surgically managed the UFO/ET issue.
Prime Minister you must concede that, for any democratic government to be unable or unwilling to discern these obvious distinctions, is indefensible. Canada must act now.
Critical Questions Remain
It is no longer reasonable to ignore, nor is it a coincidence, that there is a growing international acknowledgment and agreement to release UFO/ET information as ascended to by the United Nations and two of the world’s foremost G8 democracies, France and Britain.
Given these indisputable facts, these questions must be attended to by the Conservative government and responses provided to the Canadian electorate:
-Will Canada, as an esteemed member of the United Nations, act upon UN decision 33/426 to initiate an investigation of the UFO/ET phenomenon and Extraterrestrial life to unveil the scientific, technological, medical, educational, social, economic and environmental implications the Extraterrestrial matter holds for all citizens of the planet?
-What is the response of the Canadian government to the recent French and British disclosure events?
-Will Canada join the initiatives of France and Britain to engage and support a widespread global dialogue and a process of international education concerning diplomatic matters relating to advance and ethical off-world civilizations?
-Given that these off-world civilizations possess technologies and energy sources that allow them to engage in interstellar travel, will Canada become a leading proponent of and advocate for a promise of a new level of civilization with New Energy sources and radically new industrial, medical and environmental technologies?
-Will Canadian MPs actively promote a form of international amnesty or restorative justice to enable the hundreds of corporate, military and national security insiders to come forward without reprisal to divulge the truth?
-How will Parliament react given that Canadian statistics show nearly 3 million Canadians have seen a UFO? Other survey results show that 78% of Canadians believe we are not alone in the universe. Fifty two percent of those surveyed believe that some of the craft sighted are of non-Earth origin. Almost 60% of Canadians surveyed believe that governmental/military secrecy exists concerning the reality of unidentified aerial phenomenon. (Ufology Research of Manitoba 1997).
-Will the government under your leadership hold open Parliamentary Hearings during the coming session of Parliament to examine the massive evidential material and witness testimony regarding an ET presence? These hearings will engage full Disclosure of the ET issue over the sequestration of information in favour of Canadian sovereignty and independence from the USA, which has not chosen Disclosure to date. The members of the Canadian Exopolitics Initiative are willing to provide broad-based national support and international communication with witnesses and evidential material to facilitate appropriately scheduled hearings.
-Following Parliamentary Hearings and subsequent findings and reports to the Canadian people, will the government establish and fund for ten years, a Canadian Institute for Exopolitical Education to provide appropriate cultural, academic, institutional, scientific, environmental, technological and economic transitions and on-going analysis of the evidential material concerning the ET matter for Canada and its international partners? AN OPEN LETTER TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA
Toronto Ontario Canada – August 27, 2007- Exopolitics Toronto has issued a statement in the form of an Open Letter to the Prime Minister of Canada one week following the Montebello Quebec summit meeting of President George Bush, Felipe Calderon President of Mexico and Prime Minister Stephen Harper of Canada, and three weeks before the beginning of the 40th Session of the Canadian Parliament.
The Open Letter to the Prime Minister provides four major reasons why the Prime Minister and the government of Canada must pursue open Parliamentary Hearings to investigate indisputable evidential material pointing towards an international acknowledgement and recognition of a now stable process of disclosure of an Extraterrestrial presence on the planet and the undeniable impact this presence will have on North America.
France, Brazil and the UK Ministry of Defense have initiated a process of publicly disclosing over 1600 of their files on this matter.
The Open Letter describes for the Prime Minister how and why the implementation of the disclosure process initiated by G8 countries France and the UK and the country of Brazil, each signify the beginning of a geo-political and moral imperative to begin Canadian Parliamentary Hearings into this matter during the 40th Session of the Canadian Parliament.
The Open Letter also provides the Prime Minister with demands for governmental investigations articulated by pre-eminent individuals such as the first Director of the CIA, a former White House Chief of Staff, a former Canadian Minister of Defense and a directive by the United Nations General Assembly Decision 33/426, as more than compelling reasons to launch Parliamentary Hearings. Further investigation will reveal that other international political dignitaries, presidents, astronauts, high ranking military officials and scientists have openly stated that governments must investigate this phenomenon.
The Open Letter invites Prime Minister Harper, on behalf of the Canadian people to become part of this international disclosure process.
The Open Letter also invites the Prime Minister to confidential briefings with experts who will be able to provide additional and first-hand evidential material concerning the presence of ethical off-world civilizations and why this issue must be fully investigated, publicly.
Since Mexico, the United States and Canada have entered into agreements as stated in the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America; it is now incumbent on Canada to become the leader in the investigation of provocative evidential material that will directly affect the prosperity, environment and future of North America and indeed the planet.

Cheney Running the Show in Washington
When it happens, it will all sound totally legitimate. The American electorate has been sufficiently “terrorized into catatonic fear” that they will accept almost anything Bush and Cheney will say or do. Mr. Lang is far from the first writer to espouse the notion North American democracy has begun to mutate before our very eyes as we watch the long arm of the New American Order reach across the 49th parallel.
Bush’s meeting on August 20, 2007 here in Canada with President Calderon of Mexico and PM Harper to establish the North American Union is not only not on our radar but the Canadian media is ignoring the phalanx of American soldiers that will precede Bush to cordon off a 25 km zone around Montebello Quebec – the location of the meeting – Canadian soil! Is Mr. Harper actively complicit in this or is he just being told what to do?
There is speculation in some circles in Washington that the Bush administration will never give up power and will do anything to retain and extend it – including stating that Cheney’s office is not part of the Executive Branch of the government.

The Post’s publisher, Donald E. Graham, has once again participated in the annual secret Bilderberg conclave, the latter the principal organizational player whose membership is made up of extremely high-level international bankers, mass media publishers, corporatists in both the oil industry and the military-industrial complex, and other principal international political movers and shakers. Bilderberg’s primary objective is a one world global government, the New World Order. And the NWO will be phased in via the European and then the North American Union.
Is it safe to say that the most recent Bilderberg <http://www.bilderberg.org/2007.htm>meeting, held in Istanbul May 31 to June 3rd, considered the most vital issues confronting future global government? And of course, those issues would have been 1) Iraq, and 2) Iran. It is clear that American, British and Israeli control over Mid East oil is definitely on the agenda in their lockstep, jackboot march to deliver US all to the New World Order. This triumvirate is the world’s “real axis of evil.”
Mountain ranges of corporate money have been provided to Congress by lobbyists and corporatists representing the oil industry, military weapons contractors, AIPAC, banking and media interests, to not only buy into American government, but to where their “investments” have now facilitated total control of America. They have replaced what was once reserved as the exclusive representative domain of the people of the United States, which allowed the latter their collective voice in government.
And the people’s representatives, after abandoning America’s interests, have turned over congressional war-making powers to Bush, who has in turn delegated virtually all of his presidential duties to Vice President Richard B. Cheney. And Cheney-Bush are profiting personally via heavy investment interests in oil and an oil support industry giant [Halliburton].
Constitutionally speaking, the Office of Vice President of the United States of America has no duties. This inefficate position in the executive branch serves only as President of the Senate, and then functions legislatively only in an extremely narrow capacity to break a deadlocked vote. Complaints about the “do-nothing” status of the vice president’s role and function date back toAmerica’s first Vice President, John Adams.
Considering the absence of constitutionally mandated responsibilities, it should be clear that at least from a regulatory and legal standpoint, there’s little to nothing a vice president can do wrong; he has, basically, no executive branch functions. And it is for this reason that Congressman Dennis Kucinich’s House Resolution 333, seemed at first, to be a wrong-headed exercise in partisan politics hand wringing.
But that was before the Washington Post launched its four-part series. The Post is a nationally recognized bastion of the American mass media. It is the paper of http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/special/watergate/index.html
Watergate fame, the paper of Bradlee, Bernstein and Woodward. And considering all that the Cheney-Bush regime has done to launch NWO, the attempted legalization of Mexican illegals, the private “negotiations” between Bush and the heads of Canada and Mexico to dissolve totally our borders to create a North American Union, the United States’ unilateral abolition of the Geneva Conventions and other international treaties ensuring and protecting the sovereignty of independent nations, why would Graham’s Washington Post now attack Bilderberg’s “dream team?”
Obviously, something is up with the planners and conspirators maneuvering the human race into a one world global government. The Post series, written by staff writers Barton Gellman and Jo Becker, would never have been allowed off the ground and would have never been accorded so much focus unless it was sanctioned and possibly even urged by the Bilderbergs. And consider the appearance of the series so shortly after the latter’s annual secret meeting. So what’s up? It can only be speculated since the movement for global government is so secret. That is why everything the Cheney-Bush crime machine does is a matter of “national security.” 9/11 was indeed an inside job perpetrated by Cheney-Bush; it is the source of their unlimited dictatorial power. But if they arranged 9/11, why the suspension of our Bill of Rights and why the intense spying on Americans? The answer is obvious: they fear Americans will find out, organize, and plan an armed rebellion.
They do not fear al Qaeda, because al Qaeda doesn’t exist, or at least it didn’t exist in terms of planning and executing 9/11. No, Cheney-Bush intend to enslave America, strip it of its national identity, and serve US all up to the New World Order. Multizillionaire international banker David Rockefeller has already admitted to the latter effort.
Apparently, something has happened to interfere with the bankers’ plans and schedule. Perhaps Cheney-Bush have provided too much evidence of their criminal and treasonist intentions, and the threat of an armed rebellion is now looming larger than ever. Perhaps a military coup is in the wind. Or perhaps, the unpopularity of the Cheney-Bush dictatorship is causing even the world conspirators to fractionalize. Whatever it is, something must be up to have triggered the Gellman-Becker series.
The exposé has now provided solid evidence that Cheney is running the show and is therefore definitely impeachable. As Bruce Fein, a constitutional lawyer and a former associate deputy attorney general under Ronald Reagan wrote in his June 27th article, “Impeach Cheney” and posted in http://www.slate.com/toolbar.aspx?action=print&id=2169292 Slate, “Under Dick Cheney, the office of the vice president has been transformed from a tiny acorn into an unprecedented giant oak. In grasping and exercising presidential powers, Cheney has dulled political accountability and concocted theories for evading the law and the Constitution that would have embarrassed King George III.”
Fein continues: “The most recent invention we know of is the vice president’s insistence that an executive order governing the handling of classified information in the executive branch does not reach his office because he also serves as president of the Senate. In other words, the vice president is a unique legislative-executive creature standing above and beyond the Constitution. The House judiciary committee should commence an impeachment inquiry. As Alexander Hamilton advised in the Federalist Papers, an impeachable offense is a political crime against the nation. Cheney’s multiple crimes against the Constitution clearly qualify.”
During the Clinton administration, Bill Clinton “wrote legislation” via executive orders. The opposition’s beef at the time was that such presidential fiat executive orders were not national law, but were instead confined to operational directives within the executive branch alone. Now Cheney explains his vision that executive orders do not apply to the executive branch of government, and if they do, they don’t apply to him because he has decided he isn’t in the executive branch of government. That’s not what is written in the Constitution. His arrogant defiance of the United States Constitution and an executive order that applies directly to him constitute the very political crimes attorney Bruce Fein pointed out were in violation of the rule of law of this nation.
And although the Gellman-Becker Post series started out promisingly enough, and in spite of the fact that it still evidences a refreshing air of professional journalism, Part I of the series defining Cheney’s criminal dictatorial control gives way later in the series to a condoning tone and a dimension of approval articulating Cheney’s exceptional talent in cutting through the mire of government bureaucracy red tape to arrive expeditiously at common sense solutions. The plight of the Klamath basin farmers in opposing the federal Environmental Protection Agency, a cause resoundingly favored by “conservatives” who hate the bureaucratic stupidity of big government, was presented by the “liberal” Washington Post as a case in point as to Cheney’s astonishing and beneficent vision. Huh?! Championing the rights of individuals trying to earn profits over caring, compassionate, Big Brother government is now a cause for the Washington Post?
As stated, the series does indeed expose Cheney’s dictatorial control, but before the series is over, this dictatorial control is offered up as “good” dictatorship. Perhaps this is the real purpose of the series, to admit to Cheney’s total control of America, but to blunt its horror and danger by pointing out evidence of beneficence. And considering that no more mention of this horrible anomaly in American government can be found anywhere in the mass media, it would seem that its timing and shock effect would wear off quickly given the newspaper mentality and short collective memory of the American public. Again, it is most difficult to surmise the real intent of the series.
Part I is the most shocking in terms of describing how one individual controls ALL in American government. Here’s an example from the opening paragraph: “Just past the Oval Office, in the private dining room overlooking the South Lawn, Vice President Cheney joined President Bush at a round parquet table they shared once a week. Cheney brought a four-page text, written in strict secrecy by his lawyer. He carried it back out with him after lunch.
In less than an hour, the document traversed a West Wing circuit that gave its words the power of command. It changed hands four times, according to witnesses, with emphatic instructions to bypass staff review. When it returned to the Oval Office, in a blue portfolio embossed with the presidential seal, Bush pulled a felt-tip pen from his pocket and signed without sitting down. Almost no one else had seen the text.”
The article continues: “Cheney’s proposal had become a military order from the commander in chief. Foreign terrorism suspects held by the United States were stripped of access to any court — civilian or military, domestic or foreign. They could be confined indefinitely without charges and would be tried, if at all, in closed ‘military commissions.’”
Is this the way American laws should be written? Does this align with Constitutional constraints that provide for a separation of powers and checks and balances to ensure individual freedoms? “Suspects” are now designated as such by the government’s executive branch, and proof in a court of law is now no longer required. And what is to differentiate between a terror suspect and any other kind of suspect? And how about members of a political opposition are they also “terrorists” because they disagree with this criminal administration? Only Cheney and Bush now have this power, which they gave to themselves!
Even members of Bush’s own administration were outraged by this dictatorial fiat. Gellman and Becker elaborate after members of the Bush regime found out about the fiat while still in the dark as to its origin: “‘What the hell just happened?’ Secretary of State Colin L. Powell demanded, a witness said, when CNN announced the order that evening, Nov. 13, 2001. National security adviser Condoleezza Rice, incensed, sent an aide to find out. Even witnesses to the Oval Office signing said they did not know the vice president had played any part.”
As much as Cheney covets total control protected by total secrecy, Gellman and Becker note that, “Cheney expresses indifference, in public and private, to any verdict but history’s, and those close to him say he means it.” But isn’t this the same outlook that can be attributed to Hitler and Stalin? Isn’t it the same indifference and arrogance that justifies “breaking some eggs to make an omelet?”
In the opinion of this writer, there is more behind Cheney’s quest for unlimited power, shrouded in absolute secrecy, and all-encompassing in every matter of federal government control. And the article makes it clear, that anyone who crosses Cheney gets wasted. Gellman and Becker point out to the sharp differences of opinion and the conflicts that former EPA Administrator Christie Todd Whitman had with Cheney, differences that led her to eventually resign from the agency. They mention former Attorney General John Ashcroft’s differences with Cheney, also leading to his resignation. The article documents Cheney’s meddling with both the EPA and the Department of Justice. And his pressuring the CIA for fraudulent intelligence to justify the invasion of Iraqis now well known.
The Washington Post’s Gellman-Becker series is, whatever the reason for its airing, an absolute masterpiece of journalism, but not for reasons that are immediately obvious. It’s not the writing style, nor is it even the revelations resultant from intense investigative reporting. Perhaps the real benefits of the article have been totally missed by Graham and the Post’s executive staff. The expose answers two not so obvious questions: first, why do we have such an incompetent fool as president, and second, why does such an incompetent fool wield so much power and is so assertive regarding “his” decisions? The series provides the answer: Dick Cheney.
For early on in the quest to rid America of a very popular yet very destructive president, Cheney’s name came up as a dedicated American to replace a dedicated internationalist. And this may be the real reason for the subdued attack/exposure on Cheney. It may not be his fascism that offends, but his nationalism. Perhaps it’s Cheney’s vision for a New World Order controlled byWashington that bothers the Bilderberg internationalists. And it is this same nationalism which turned off the bankers to both Hitler and Stalin. But there is no need to speculate the connection between Cheney and Bush.
Undoubtedly, Cheney was the GOP’s pick to replace Clinton. But because of his heart problems, Cheney would never win a presidential election.
Enter stage right, G. Bush, a simpleton, and an obedient and virtually clueless stooge. Bush serves not only as the buffoon heat sink for the GOP dictatorship, but is also its “decider” as related in the Post’s series when describing how Cheney writes law and Bush decides to sign without either reading or understanding what it is that he is signing. The series explores how Cheney decides on everything that is within the federal government’s purview.
The series explains Cheney’s involvement and direct supervision and control over the Department of Justice, his intimidation of the EPA, his power over the CIA, his total control of foreign policy, and his total control over the White House staff and Bush. Gellman and Becker try to paint the picture that Bush retains some identity distinct from Cheney’s oversight, but at least for this observer, it simply doesn’t work. I’m convinced that Cheney is behind EVERYTHING this dangerous, corrupt and criminal regime has perpetrated. And that would include 9/11!
As Dr. David Ray Griffin has pointed out in his latest book, both the 9/11 Commission report and the government-sanctioned released tapes falsify the timeframe wherein Cheney was in the bunker on 9/11. After reading the Post series, can there be any doubt as to who was in charge on that awful day? Can there be any doubt as to who really ordered those WTC buildings to be “pulled?” Can there be any doubt as to who decided that certain attorneys in the Justice Department were to be let go? And for Hillary and Congressman Nadler, can there be any doubt as to who made the phone call to EPA Administrator Christie Todd Whitman directing her to lie about the condition of the pulverized glass, concrete and steel in the dust and smoke of the disintegrated WTC buildings? Hillary demanded to know who gave the order to Whitman; now we know!
The benefit of this journalistic effort has little to do with presentation; it has everything to do with timeliness and the solving of the types of mysteries such as Hillary and Congressman Nadler were looking into. Can one imagine the anger in Whitman for having to take the fall for the very guy that forced her to resign? Here are Gellman and Becker again: “Stealth is among Cheney’s most effective tools.
Man-size Mosler safes, used elsewhere in government for classified secrets, store the workaday business of the office of the vice president. Even talking points for reporters are sometimes stamped ‘Treated As: Top Secret/SCI.’ Experts in and out of government said Cheney’s office appears to have invented that designation, which alludes to ‘sensitive compartmented information,’ the most closely guarded category of government secrets. By adding the words ‘treated as,’ they said, Cheney seeks to protect unclassified work as though its disclosure would cause ‘exceptionally grave damage to national security.’”
And, “Across the board, the vice president’s office goes to unusual lengths to avoid transparency. Cheney declines to disclose the names or even the size of his staff, generally releases no public calendar and ordered the Secret Service to destroy his visitor logs. His general counsel has asserted that ‘the vice presidency is a unique office that is neither a part of the executive branch nor a part of the legislative branch,’ and is therefore exempt from rules governing either. Cheney is refusing to observe an executive order on the handling of national security secrets, and he proposed to abolish a federal office that insisted on auditing his compliance.” Have you ever seen a better description of a total dictatorship?
If the evidence wasn’t there before, it sure as hell is now! Cheney is absolutely guilty as charged, and Congress now has the evidence.
Congressman Kucinich hit the nail perfectly on the head, and the time for Congress to nail the Cheney-Bush regime is long overdue. Nothing more needs to be written or said about the Cheney-Bush regime; it’s now all been said. And in conjunction with the continuously mounting scientific evidence proving the 9/11 terrorist acts as being inside jobs, we also know of Cheney’s modus operandi and his commitment to history instead of his required dedication to America and its people. Has there ever been a more immoral character than Cheney capable of the expression “the public be damned?”
As Bruce Fein wrote after reading the Post series, “Cheney must be impeached!” Fein documents the long list of criminal activities the Bush administration, now proven to be under the total control of Cheney, has perpetrated against the American people and the entire human race for which the administration, the Congress, AND the American people must now all be held accountable for in the eyes of our Creator. How many letters have you sent to your congressional representatives and senators? How many discussion groups or activist groups have you joined or participated in?
Should you come up with a negative response, then YOU are guilty as well! Anyone who remains silent witnessing these egregious crimes and the evil of merely one “human” being should consider themselves an accessory, before, during and after the fact. It is time to impeach, sentence and punish these most dangerous and evil criminals!

Military To Crackdown On North American Union Protesters

InfowarsThe US army is to enforce a huge security perimeter around the upcoming North American Union meeting in Canada this August as well as cracking down on expected protests, having already shut down a public forum due to take place close to the event.
The Security and Prosperity Partnership meeting in Montebello, Quebec on August 20 and 21 is to be policed by American forces, who along with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) have already refused to allow the Municipality of Papineauville, which is about six kilometres from Montebello, to rent a community centre to the Council of Canadians action group who were planning to hold a public forum the night before the confab to express their concerns about the meeting and the issues being discussed.
“It is deplorable that we are being prevented from bringing together a panel of writers, academics and parliamentarians to share their concerns about the Security and Prosperity Partnership with Canadians,” said Brent Patterson, director of organizing with the Council of Canadians. “Meanwhile, six kilometres away, corporate leaders from the United States, Mexico and Canada will have unimpeded access to our political leaders.”
The Council of Canadians has also been told that in addition to the 25km perimeter in Montebello, there will be checkpoints in nearby areas, and vehicles carrying more than five people will be turned back.
A whole host of other Canadian activist groups are scheduling protests despite the military cordon. According to journalist and NAU researcher Jerome R. Corsi, the protesters believe that as many as 10,000 people could assemble in Quebec to demonstrate.
One particular activist group, Canadian Action Party, has taken issue with US troops coordinating operations for the confab on Canadian soil while denying access to Canadian citizens.
CAP’s leader said,”Bad enough that our RCMP and the Quebec provincial police force would apply offensive Canadian law to prevent a legitimate meeting of dissenting citizens. Totally untenable that a foreign army assumes jurisdiction on our land. But this we knew from the Binational Planning Agreement begun in 2002 that saw Canada crawl on its belly and permit the USA military to enter our land whenever it deems necessary. “
“Does anyone still believe that our federal leaders have not thrown away oursovereignty ? That from Chretien (Liberal) to Martin (Liberal) to Harper (Conservative), the Prime Ministers of our land have not been committing treason behind closed doors? How otherwise would it be possible that a proud, sovereign, and free nation would see a foreign army on its soil interfering with the right of Canadians to assemble and to speak?”
Elite lobbying group the Council on Foreign Relations seeded the plan for a “North American Advisory Council” which eventually became the SPP.
It comes as no surprise to NAU researchers that the latest SPP meeting will be a highly secretive and guarded affair given that CFR documents have revealed that the group wants to “establish private bodies that would meet regularly or annually to buttress North American relationships, along the lines of the Bilderberg conferences.”
Internal SPP documents released under the FOIA have also shown that a wide range of US administrative law is being re-written in stealth under this program to “integrate” and “harmonize” with administrative law in Mexico and Canada, in a similar fashion to moves that have become commonplace within the EU.
The documents contain references to upwards of 13 working groups within an entire organized infrastructure that has drawn from officials within most areas of administrative government including U.S. departments of State, Homeland Security, Commerce, Treasury, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Health and Human Services, and the office of the US Trade Representative.
During the upcoming SPP meeting an advisory Council created last year known as the North American Competitiveness Council will meet on issues including border regulation and competitiveness in the automotive, transportation, manufacturing and services sectors. The council is expected to meet annually with security and prosperity ministers and will engage with senior government officials on an ongoing basis.
Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper is scheduled to host the Quebec summit which Mexican President Felipe Calderon and US President George W. Bush also planning to attend.
The highest elected officials within the US, Canadian and Mexican governments are meeting together with advisory bodies staffed by senior private sector representatives yet the public are being forcibly denied any access to the event in addition to a pathetic blackout on behalf of the corporate media which still ridicules anyone who suggests the North American Union plan even exists.
Pardon my language, this is just so upsetting…

Full Description of event/sighting: I was on the rooftop patio of the building at the time having a cigarette. When I looked up to the sky there was an oval shaped light that seemed to have appeared from space. It then was travelling straight but wobbled slightly from east to west overtop the downtown buildings above the CN Tower, but below the clouds. It was travelling as fast as a jet fighter. It then stopped and seemed to have disappeared west. This all occurred in about 3 minutes.

Haut died last year, but left a sworn affidavit to be opened only after his death.
Last week, the text was released and asserts that the weather balloon claim was a cover story, and that the real object had been recovered by the military and stored in a hangar. He described seeing not just the craft, but alien bodies.
He wasn’t the first Roswell witness to talk about bodies. Local undertaker Glenn Dennis had long claimed that he was contacted by authorities at Roswell shortly after the crash and asked to provide a number of child-sized coffins.”

What’s white, glows, is a mile wide and flies?
That’s what the pilot and passengers of a British jetliner want to know after they reported seeing an unidentified flying object fitting that description outside their aircraft windows over the Channel Islands.
The craft is allegedly one of the largest UFOs ever seen, the Evening Standard reported Friday.
Citing an official air-miss report on the incident several weeks ago in Pilot magazine, the newspaper stated that Aurigny Airlines Capt. Ray Bowyer first caught sight of the object while flying close to Alderney, one of the several islands in the English Channel located off the French coast of Normandy.
Bowyer described the object as “a cigar-shaped brilliant white light.”
“It was a very sharp, thin yellow object with a green area,” Bowyer, 50, told the Evening Standard, noting that he used a pair of binoculars to view the flying craft more closely. “It was 2,000 feet up and stationary. I thought it was about 10 miles away, although I later realized it was approximately 40 miles from us.
“At first, I thought it was the size of a [Boeing] 737, but it must have been much bigger because of how far away it was. It could have been as much as a mile wide.”
Bowyer told the magazine that he then spotted a “second identical object further to the west,” stating that it was the same size but appeared smaller because it was farther away from the plane than the first craft was.
Some passengers and an unnamed pilot with the Blue Islands airline later confirmed the sighting, the Evening Standard reported
The Civil Aviation Authority safety notice stated that another aircraft, a Tri-Lander, flying nearby Alderney also spotted the soaring object.

UFO group that offered briefings to GG pleased by pro-forma response

Victor Viggiani of Exopolitics Toronto, admits that the perfunctory reply could be seen as a polite brush off, but he’s taking it as more than that.
The letter from the Governor General’s office says Viggiani’s concerns “would be best addressed by the Canadian Space Agency and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.”
“You may wish to contact these organizations.”
Said Viggiani: “You could interpret it in one way as a standard response. But we’re interpreting it, I guess, in a positive way that we now have the Governor General’s OK to pursue this thing in the Canadian security service . . . with her support.
“She’s giving us sort of, quote unquote, her permission, consent, tacit permission to go forward with this.”
In an e-mail to supporters, Viggiani said his group had “received direction from Jean’s office to pursue this issue with Canada’s space agency and CSIS.”
The retired Toronto school principal has been a dedicated supporter of UFO research and a firm believer in extraterrestrials for years.
In a May 17 letter to the Governor General, Viggiani offered a private briefing by “citizen experts” including one-time Liberal defence minister Paul Hellyer.
Hellyer, a 1960s minister, has said he is convinced that UFOs are real and are evidence of extraterrestrial visitations.
He spoke at a UFO convention two years ago.
Viggiani’s letter also asked: “Is Canada willing to be left behind the other G-7 countries as they begin to examine both the historical and future implications of contact with off-world civilizations?”
He believes that shadowy government agencies – and some governments – are aware of the existence of alien visitors and may actually have met them. He feels that governments are on the brink of announcing the extraterrestrial presence.
He also thinks that secret labs are reverse-engineering technology from crashed spacecraft that could solve energy and pollution problems forever.
He said he hopes the Governor General’s letter will help him gain a high-level meeting with either the security service or the space agency.
“Any little bit of leverage that we can use to get people’s attention in terms of who we notify about this … we feel that this is very important.”
At that meeting, he plans to lay out his group’s documentation.
“What we want to do with them is … brief them on what we know … and just see what their response is.”
He said he wants to know if there is a legitimate reason for keeping the reality of visiting aliens a secret.
“There may be an issue regarding this extraterrestrial presence that we may not want to know about,” he said. “It may be something that’s so clandestine and so dangerous for the human race to know that that’s one of the reasons they’re not releasing it.
“I’m not saying that that is the case. My opinion is just the opposite. They know about this and they’re hiding it for other reasons.”
Viggiani’s approach to the Governor General comes 60 years to the month after the legendary incident credited with giving birth to the UFO phenomenon.
On June 25, 1947, a businessman named Kenneth Arnold was flying his private plane on a business trip near Mount Rainier, Wash., when he saw nine strange objects in the sky.
He told reporters later that they seemed to be able to fly faster than the speed of sound – in a day before any aircraft had broken the sound barrier – and their movement was like a “saucer” skipped over water.
Thus, the phrase “flying saucer” entered the language. Within weeks, hundreds of similar sightings were reported and thousands more have been recorded in the last six decades.
Arnold died in 1984 at the age of 69.

Excellency
Based upon an analysis of a multiple set of circumstances within and outside of Canada, we as a nation are faced with an unprecedented crisis and a decision involving the examination and disclosure of information of the most extraordinary and unparalleled kind.
We therefore present our concerns to your Excellency, as our Canadian Head of State and, with the greatest of humility and non-partisan urgency, draw your attention to a matter that humanity must not and cannot ignore.
Our Request
In light of the decisions by the Government of France (March 2007) and the United Kingdom (May 2007) to release previously classified information on Extraterrestrial craft now visiting Earth, and of the imminent plans by a G7 ally of Canada to attempt open contact with the Extraterrestrial civilizations, it is important that two informed Experts, Dr. Steven Greer of the Disclosure Project, and the Honourable Paul Hellyer, former Minister of Defence of Canada, brief and apprise you as Governor General on this subject from a public interest point of view at your earliest convenience.
You may certainly receive briefings from the Department of Defence, for example. We would like to offer you the opportunity of an informed, expert Citizen’s briefing on the subject of Canada’s role with Extraterrestrial civilizations.
Background
The information below described by many experts, scientists and diplomats as the most provocative information ever released in the history of humanity, possesses and subsequently will provide you with an evidential prescience more far-reaching in its implications than any other revelation in human civilization.
We trust this correspondence will:
♣ Illustrate these dramatic assertions for you in no uncertain terms;
♣ Provide you with a set of workable options to secure a more acute perspective on this matter through specified briefings and;
♣ Allow Canada to join and engage in an international dialogue and process of education with other nations about the reality, meaning and global implications of this highly unusual but authentic phenomenon.
Understandably in such a brief correspondence, all aspects of this highly complex knowledge cannot be completely explored. However in the hope of laying a foundation for a continued and extended dialogue with you about the deeper levels of this information and with a profound sense of an elevated level of service to Canada, we provide you with the following documented evidential material:
♣ April/May 2007 – Great Britain’s Ministry of Defense has indicated that it will be releasing UFO sighting reports to the public for examination.
♣ March 2007 – The French national space agency, CNES, placed 1600 previously classified UFO sighting reports into the public domain on the Internet and for the examination of the scientific community.
♣ September 2005 – Paul Hellyer, Canada’s Defense Minister from 1963-67 under Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson and deputy prime minister under Pierre Trudeau, publicly stated, “UFOs, are as real as the airplanes that fly over your head.”
♣ September 2005 – Former Apollo astronaut, Dr. Brian O’Leary, wrote in a foreword to Hidden Truth, Forbidden Knowledge, by Dr. Steven Greer, “These revelations underscore a long, sordid history of governmental and media secrecy and the acquisition of technologies such as microelectronics, anti-gravity propulsion and zero-point, or “free” energy, from our visitors. This massive cover-up has been going on for almost six decades since the UFO crash near Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947, an event which was certainly not caused by balloons, as alleged by the U.S. Air force. Such myths are only accepted by the ignorant or the powerful and their subjects.”
♣ May 2005 – The Brazilian Air Force (FAB), entered into an agreement with civilian researchers to release information and jointly investigate UFO incidents.
♣ October 1998 – Edgar Mitchell Apollo Astronaut – “I am an American astronaut and a trained scientist. Because of my position people in high places confide in me. And, as a result, I have no doubt that aliens HAVE visited this planet. The American government and governments throughout the world have thousands of files of UFO sightings which cannot be explained.”
♣ November 1950 – Wilbert B. Smith Senior Radio Engineer – Canadian Department of Transportation Memoranda – “The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even than the H-bomb. Flying saucers exist. Their modus operandi is unknown but concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Doctor Vannevar Bush. The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance.”
Summary
In the series of unprecedented events and statements such as the ones presented above by witnesses and government figures over the last several years and, specifically with reference to the remarkable announcements by France and Britain to release their UFO files to the scientific community and the public, it is now clearly apparent that a coherent international movement towards Disclosure is underway.
It is no coincidence that this growing international acknowledgement and agreement to release UFO/ET information has reached major proportions; ascended to by two of the world’s major democracies in order to end the secrecy and open the window of formal Disclosure. It is now also clear that governments who choose to condone secrecy about this issue are becoming increasingly isolated.
Given these facts and the recent series of international Disclosure events, several questions arise:
♣ How must/will Canada react?
♣ Is Canada willing to be left behind among other G7 countries as they begin to examine both the historical and future implications of contact with off-world civilizations?
♣ Will Canada, as a respected member of the United Nations, disavow or boldly sustain its role as an international leader in the pursuit of social justice and human rights concerns surrounding the educational, social, economic and environmental implications the Extraterrestrial matter holds for all citizens of the planet?
♣ Given that these off-world civilizations possess technologies and energy sources that allow them to engage in interstellar travel, will Canada become a leading proponent of and advocate for a promise of a new level of civilization with New Energy sources and radically new industrial, medical and environmental technologies?
♣ Will Canada join the wave of initiatives to engage a global dialogue and a process of international education concerning diplomatic contact with off-world civilizations that France and the UK and other nations are now undertaking?
♣ Given that Canada is in the midst of a deep political crisis for the survival of its sovereignty and; that Canada faces the real risk of going into deep integration with the USA military-industrial complex at this moment in history, will Canada choose to engage Disclosure over the sequestration of information in favour of Canadian sovereignty and independence from the USA, which has not chosen Disclosure to date?
These are among the many fundamental questions that must be addressed lest Canada too becomes isolated by elements of secrecy and the embargo against the authentic nature of what other nations are now stating is… the truth.
In light of the French and United Kingdom decisions to release previously classified information on this subject, and the imminent plans by a G7 ally of Canada to attempt open contact with the Extraterrestrial civilizations, it is important that we brief you at your earliest convenience.
