Background

In April of this year, The Orion Project launched a research effort focused on Pulsed Motor / Generator (PMG) technology. We believe a PMG may ultimately be able to self-power and provide enough electrical power to cover all the requirements for an average home or small business. Our goal is to develop a working proof-of-concept prototype to undeniably demonstrate this possibility. We are presently working with a team of researchers who have studied and experimented with these devices for many years. They are now underway developing and testing a one-half scale PMG to prove the principle. Once this has been achieved, we will scale it up to determine if the proper power requirements can be met.

The two primary researchers bring years of expertise to this challenge. Their specific names and locations are being withheld in order to insure their privacy, safety, and security. Mr. Q brings considerable skill in electro-mechanical system design. Mr. P brings 30 years of electrical engineering experience in custom circuit design. The week of May 19-23, P traveled from his home to conduct the first round of development work with Q at his laboratory in the midwest. Four series of tests were conducted during this time, consuming over 100 man-hours of focused effort.

Prior to their joint work together, each inventor made the utmost preparations in advance. Q designed the electro-mechanical system from the very beginning to have all of its parts made to a certain standard so that many different configurations could quickly and efficiently be arranged. P likewise brought electronic components that were modular in nature to allow the same plug & play testing.

Test Series #1

The object of these initial tests was to simply get the control electronics successfully working with the electro-mechanical generator that Q already had built. After a few iterations of adjustment, they were able to get the motor spinning a few hundred RPM by tuning the electronics. Several other configurations of electronics and driver coils were tested. Overall, the initial Linderman style rotor (one without magnets) never achieved sufficient RPM to hold promise for any meaningful power generation.

Test Series #2

The next round of tests was to replace the Linderman style rotor with rotor containing magnets. Electronic controls were adjusted accordingly. This configuration was tested using single and multiple driver coils. While they were able to achieve rotation in all configurations, RPMs were still too low to be able to deliver meaningful power output. Motor speed was limited due to magnetic interference effects.

Test Series #3

To avoid this magnetic interference, the team switched to another ingenious arrangement in hopes of eliminating this back-drag. They were successful and soon achieved 1,500 RPM while using only a fraction of the full system capabilities – very encouraging! They systematically activated more of the system with corresponding refinement of the drive electronics.

Curious Anomaly

They soon optimized the above configuration to a nominal RPM in preparation to take some power measurements. Next, they disconnected the supply lead from the power controller, expecting the rotor to naturally coast to a stop, essentially un-plugged from its power source. Quite unexpectedly, however, the rotor began to accelerate rapidly – disconnected from the power supply lead! It was clear that an intense power surge was somehow generated within the system. In his 30 years experience, P had never seen this type of behavior and is currently at a loss to explain it. The surge was powerful enough to damage key components of the electrical controls, and thus testing came to a halt. While it is too early to make any definitive claims about the source of this power surge, the effect is of great interest and clearly warrants further investigation.

Series #4

After regrouping, the team attempted to duplicate the above effect using other types of electrical components. They encountered problems, however, and achieved inconsistent results in reproducing the acceleration phenomenon. They were, however, able to achieve a new high speed of almost 2500 RPM of the rotor – again encouraging progress. The motor is capable of much higher speeds once we are able to further refine the driver circuits.

Next Steps

“P” customizing electrical control circuits during the first round of PMG development work.

Already the team has agreed on the next experimental design. The singular focus is to recreate the anomalous event but with more precise observation, measurement, and stabilization. P is contacting the manufacturers of the electrical components in search of any known explanation for the anomalous behavior. The next scheduled week for testing is June 23-27.

Are things speeding up regarding E.T Disclosure?

Take a good look around you… It is already happening. Just the other night on Larry King they were talking about UFOs again, and talking about how the Vatican, yes the Vatican, gave the people the Ok to believe in ET. Why do you think this is? Why do you think the U.S. Government is letting the mainstream media to start conditioning the peoples? Because finally the lid is open, ET visitation is being accepted as a possibility these days. This ain’t the 50′s no more kids! UFO files on the History channel, Bill O’ Reilly talking UFOs, Larry king has a UFO show on every month practically, Paul Hellyer says they are real, Vatican gives ok you believe in UFOs, Government agents “leaking UFO info” by the ton, the UN talks about UFOs, Britain, France, Brazil, and many other nations, including U.S. President Clinton’s UFO library, decide to almost at the same time, to release their files on UFOs. The media reporting almost every big UFO sighting that occurs with a little bit higher than normal interest than before. The average person’s interest is soaring, making websites like ATS the biggest names on the blogs today.

UFO sightings are covered more objectively now days, smear agents are portrayed as the enemy in the media, Debunkers are becoming the joke and target practice by the media, (Think Shermer, McGahee, how have they been put to look by today’s media) I remember when this used to be the other way around. Hum… Now let me see… could this be a coincidence? NO!!!!

I believe that there has been some sort of release or protocol which includes many countries to release and condition the people all around the world at around the same time. People, don’t be blind, its happening!!! Apparently the time has come for the conditioning and acceptance that we are not alone!!!

I stood up in this meeting and I said,

“Excuse me, why are we talking about these potential enemies against whom we are going to build space-based weapons if, in fact, we know that they are not the enemy at this time?”

Well, they continued the conversation about how they were going to antagonize these enemies and that at some point, there was going to be a war in the Gulf, a Gulf War. Now this is 1977, 1977! And they were talking about creating a war in the Gulf Region when there was 25 billion dollars in the space-based weapons program that had yet to be identified. It wasn’t called the Strategic Defense Initiative, at least. Not until 1983. This weapons system, then, had obviously been going on for some time and I didn’t know anything about.

So I stood up in this meeting in 1977 and said,

“I would like to know why we are talking about space-based weapons against these enemies. I would like to know more about this. Would someone please tell me what this is about?”

Nobody answered. They just went on with this meeting as though I hadn’t said anything.

Suddenly I stood up in the room and said,

“If nobody can tell me why you are planning a war in the Gulf when there is a certain amount of money in a budget so that you can create the next set of weapons systems that will be the beginning of the sell to the public about why we need space-based weapons, then consider this: my resignation. And you will not hear from me again!”

New Meditation CD – Cosmic Consciousness

We were given the Mantra last august in Mt. Shasta, and it’s amazing. I can’t guarantee you will like it, but I did. I listen to it fairly regularly (couple times a week for an hour or two).

Steven M. Greer MD, widely regarded as one of the true leaders in the science of consciousness, has shared in these two CDs the complete understanding of how to attain higher states of awareness through meditation.

UFO Coverup Disclosure Could Tilt U.S. Election

Steven Greer, head of The Disclosure Project and supplier of ET briefing materials to the Clinton Administration, dropped a potential bombshell on Saturday, March 8.

Interviewed on the Exopolitics Radio show (Canada), he said technology developed following UFO recoveries could solve the energy and environmental crises, but military-industrial insiders keep Washington in the dark.

Greer also cited governmental and media complicity to explain why official public disclosure has not come sooner. If Greer’s views, and the expert testimony backing them up, receive widespread Internet exposure or media coverage, the issue could affect the outcome of the U.S. Presidential election.

Official public disclosure of extraterrestrial visitations would trigger the release of energy, propulsion, and other technology that could transform the planet, he said. In the 1990′s, when briefing then CIA Director James Woolsey, Greer found the Clinton Administration (including Hillary) too timid to force the issue. That permitted black-budget projects, financed by defense billions, to be kept under wraps by ultra-top-secret elements of the Air Force, Army, NASA, CIA, other federal agencies, and aerospace contractors including Lockheed.

The chances of official public disclosure may hinge on who is elected President, he speculated, pointing out that integrity and guts would be needed to go against the interests bent on maintaining secrecy. Hillary would have to overcome her past timidity; both McCain and Obama may have the necessary integrity, but their actions cannot be predicted, he said.

Greer was interviewed by Alfred Webre, former futurist for the Stanford Research Institute. In 1977, while at Stanford, Webre directed a proposed extraterrestrial communication study project for the Carter White House.

Wow! Smart Lady. It’s very refreshing to see that someone actually gets it. This comes in line with what Dr. Von Braun and Carol Rosin were saying. ET haven’t been proven to be malevolent, but it is nearly certain the elites in place will try to spin this into a fear based propaganda to weaponize space. Dear Miss Kucinich, it all depends on how it is presented and who does show the ET presence.

A Risk that Paid Off

(Article 2 of a unique serie)

From Slumber to Conscious Awakening

In many teachings, the concept of global consciousness is demonstrated. Science has been slowly “bending” to the concept. Unbounded mind or universal consciousness as presented by Dr. Greer, is not a new concept but comes from Vedic teachings. It might seem to be extraordinary to westerners, but is very old in the eastern world. I realized the true nature of consciousness at home, 5 weeks prior to leaving for California. But before I jump in with all these consciousness concepts, which might seem esoteric, let me tell you about me a bit.

I come from a very small northwestern town called Matagami in the Quebec province, in Canada. The town’s workers are tightly dependent on mines and forestry. My father worked for the Canadian National Railways, until he passed away in 1985 in a boat accident. I was 14 at that time and living a happy life. We had everything we needed and both my younger brother and I enjoyed a great childhood. Religion and spirituality had very little presence in our lives. We were let to make up our mind on that aspect. I am grateful to my parents that they didn’t try to push on me or my other brothers, the dogma that religion was bringing.

From 1988 to 1993, I tried various programs at the college in Rouyn-Noranda until I found my spot, computer programming. In 1993, I was accepted to study at the Sherbrooke University to complete a Bachelor degree in computer science. From there, I was invited to join a small game developing company in Ottawa. This lasted about a year then I was hired by another game company where I worked until June 2007.

Computers, computer games and all games in general kept me from looking outside the box. They kept me from questioning things. I often say, I have been sleeping for 20 years and now I’m awake and trying to catch up. Prior to may 2006, I had no knowledge of politics, economy, spirituality, and knew very little about science, Quantum Physics or related theories. All that ever existed was games. And I am convinced there is hundreds of thousands people that are just like that.

My very first understanding of consciousness was in fact, at home in my bed, where I listened to Steven’s meditation tracks. One night of August 2006, I was lying down relaxed, beside my sleeping wife. And I was giving myself to the relaxing meditation when another strange thing happened. Eyes closed, I saw the shadow of tall trees form around me. Slowly, a star filled sky materialized. This very new experience lasted for about 40 seconds. I could clearly see the night and was looking up watching the beautiful stars. I slowly opened my eyes to realized I have experienced for the very first time, remote view. It would be a couple weeks before I find where that spot was in reality. I experienced something 5 weeks prior to the real event.

It goes without saying that for a down to earth man like me, these are life shaking event, but in the best way. If a simple dude like me could do this, anybody on this planet could.

A Consciousness Not of my Own

The very thing that lets you realize you are awake is consciousness. That consciousness is not really your own, but is shared amongst all conscious creatures and things. This is probably the most important hurdle to the realization of your true nature. Once you have fully grasped this, you can experience all kind of amazing things, including but not limited to remote view.

The training was on a tight schedule, and I was glad we were given a day, to catch up with laundry and grocery. With the afternoon for ourselves, we could finally have some time to visit this charming town. Mt Shasta is a city in Siskiyou County, California with total population of 3,621. The mornings are fantastic, the air is fresh and jogging at that altitude is fantastic. The water is crystal clear and comes straight from a underground source.

I took the opportunity to wash my clothes and found myself sitting and entering a meditation state fairly quickly. The most astonishing thing happened to me that afternoon. I recalled a small section of the meditation CD, where Steven talks about a window, through which the consciousness shines, if we dare let it. I had in my mind a 6 panes window, like I used to envision at home. And behind that window, which was submerged, I could see an ocean. I was this little drop, facing this huge window that I let open. To my great surprise, the ocean poor in and the flow engulfed the drop. Instead of feeling drowned or submerged, the most astonishing thing happened. I was propelled millions of light years away from our Milky way, and found myself consciously floating above it, watching down on it. I was so excited, I didn’t even take the time to enjoy the view for more than a couple seconds.

In a flow of thoughts, this 20 seconds trip would forever stay engraved in my memory. In a successive flow desires, I visited 3 planets of our solar system, floating above them for 1 or 2 seconds, then I hovered above California, Egypt, France and James Bay, before I opened my eyes totally puzzled at what just happened to me. As opposed to day dreaming or regular dreaming, this experience was crystal clear. I had the impression I was sitting 10 feet away from a I-Max Screen and visual reception was 10/10. This is to date, one of the most fantastic experience I had. I’ll share more of my discoveries in following articles.

Remote View Anyone?

Remote view is actually fairly simple and we tend to over complicate things. We expect things to take forever to take shape. We also have the profound discouraging ideas that you have to be born with a special gift. We all have within ourselves the ability, but for most of us, it is sleeping. Without going in details on remote view, I can outline the concepts presented by Dr. Greer.

The very most important aspect of meditation is to quiet down the mind chatter. This is by far the part that requires more practice. Then the rest comes by itself. To trigger remote view, at the very best it is going to be uncontrolled remote view at first, just like my experience in the laundry room, you have to sit quietly and release all fears and pains. Relax yourself and quiet down the internal chatter. Some people call it the monkey mind. You don’t need to stop all thought process, but you have to let them pass and go without clinging to them.

Once you have managed to be quiet for a minute or so, you can come to realize that the thoughts that passes and to which you don’t put any importance to, can be observed. You can observe them and realize that the very thing that observe is in fact pure consciousness. Been conscious of this consciousness will often trigger altered states. You have to realize that, this consciousness is not yours only, but universal, unique, singular, eternal and omnipresent. It’s the magnificent field we can tap into. There is only one and we are IT. That consciousness is non-local. Non-locality is a fantastic concept that Quantum Physicists try to get a hold on. I invite you to research this on your own.

According to reports (Sorry, I don’t have any references handy), remote view has side effects if you use it in malevolent ways. It seems that there is mechanism in place or universal laws that comes in action if you try to abuse this. Some of the US Army remote view team members felt badly sick after using remote view for spying or worst. I would suggest you don’t go that way. There is way too much fun to have just by enjoying the positive aspect of remote view. It has to be used in a pure hearted way.

There is absolutely no bad side effect if you don’t abuse this. In fact, remote view and meditation have improved my understanding of the world around me and brought me to review my understanding of the human, our extraterrestrials brothers and our beautiful universe.

It Really Paid Off

I’m glad to have followed my heart and attend the CSETI Training. It was a blast. By far, the best vacations I had in years. I consider today this to be an investment in myself and for the sake of my family and my dear planet. I am now awake and kicking and feeling alive more than ever.

Get out there, read, research, but for the love of this planet, turn off the idiot box. Take care of your own business, cause nobody else will. That you can’t trust nobody to take care of your business, especially the government. These organizations have more advantage to see you numb and riveted to the coach than outside trying to understand what life is about…
