A 10/9/97 letter from Sen. John McCain to a constituent about the so-called Phoenix Lights is making the Internet rounds (at http://frankwarren.blogspot.com/2008/02/senator-john-mccain-tasked-air-force-to.html) just in time for next month’s anniversary commemoration in Scottsdale. But to the amazement of Dr. Lynn Kitei, no one has bothered to press the de facto Republican presidential nominee for an updated response.

Kitei is a Phoenix physician whose world view went sideways when an apparent V-shaped UFO surprised untold numbers of Arizonans on the evening of March 13, 1997. Kitei had seen and even photographed strange lights in the night sky two months earlier, but the mass sightings on that date ultimately drew her into the limelight as a lead investigator.

Kitei’s work wound up in a documentary and a book by the same name, “The Phoenix Lights.” On the 11th anniversary of that event, she’ll be unveiling an expanded version of the doc that features, among other things, a commercial airline pilot eyewitness and a 911 dispatcher who’ll reportedly reveal how police helicopters were involved in the drama.

Not unlike the Stephenville, Tex., UFO incident on Jan. 8 this year, the military initially denied it had planes in the air that night. But McCain reported to a letter writer that an official at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson assured him the lights were flares dropped by A-10s from a visiting Maryland National Guard unit, from an altitude of 15,000 feet, from roughly 9:30 to 10 p.m.

But according to Kitei’s timeline, people reported seeing the UFO from as early as 5 p.m. to as late as 2 a.m., with the bulk of the sightings rolling in from 8:30 p.m. to 9:40 p.m.

The story has morphed since then, most notably with the testimony of former Arizona guv Fife Symington. In 1997, when he was still in office, Symington ridiculed the reports. Last year, he reversed himself, claimed he was an eyewitness to something “enormous and inexplicable” (see http://www.freedomofinfo.org/news/symington-story.pdf), and flatly discounted the military flares explanation.

Symington has since become a public advocate for government disclosure; in November, he introduced an international cast of likeminded pilots and aviation authorities to the National Press Club in Washington.

The media has given McCain a pass on this whopper of a national security issue that asserted itself in his own back yard. Fox News’ Chris Wallace playfully asked McCain in November if he’d ever seen a UFO during his Navy pilot career (“I can’t say that I did, but I kept looking all the time”), but clearly the MSM doesn’t have the chops for an extended conversation.

“I’m really surprised that nobody has pinned him down, or even tried to,” says Kitei. “If anything, interest in what happened has just been growing and growing. Too many people have seen and are seeing things.”

Pilots dispute military statement

At least three pilots in Stephenville disagree with the military’s press release issued Wednesday.

Steve Allen, Don “Doc” Stewart and Todd Downs all say if Stephenville and the Selden area are in the Brownwood Military Operating Area, it’s news to them.

A press release issued by Major Karl Lewis of the 301st Fighter Wing Public Affairs at the NAS Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, stated, “Ten F-16s from the 457th Fighter Squadron were performing training operations from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday January 8, 2008 in the Brownwood Military Operating Area (MOA), which includes the air space above Erath County.”

All three pilots say that space does not include all of Erath County. It only includes a small portion of Dublin and does not include Stephenville or the Selden area at all.

“Stephenville is 11 miles from the MOA,” Stewart said, as he pointed out the area on an aeronautical sectional map.

Downs, who is an employee at Clark Field in Stephenville, said there is a GPS fixed point located on the airport grounds that the military uses and while it’s not unusual for the jets to be in the area, he believes the press release leads people to believe that all of Erath County air space is included in the MOA and that’s incorrect. He said jets fly through on the way to the MOA.

Downs said he does not understand why the military would issue such a release two weeks after repeatedly denying the base had any planes in the area.

“I don’t understand why they would do that at all,” Downs said. “They’re not hard to know that they are there. It doesn’t make sense. I’ve seen them come by me before. They are real loud and it’s not hard to know that they are there.”

Ken Cherry, state director of Mutual UFO Network, said he thinks the military “came clean for several reasons.”

Allen and friends reported early on that F-16s were “chasing” the mysterious lights when they saw them for the second time at Selden on the evening of Jan. 8.

“We have filed freedom of information acts and that may have prompted them to make the statement,” Cherry said. “This only proves our witnesses are more reliable than the Air Force.”

Another witness, Leroy Gaitan said what he saw that night could not have been jets.

“There’s no way F-16s can maneuver like that,” Gaitan said. “I really think it’s some kind of military project or experiment. Too many people have seen things.

“I have spoken to at least one person (witness) the military has contacted,” Gaitan said.

On Thursday evening’s Larry King Live episode, James Fox, documentary filmmaker, seemed to confirm Gaitan’s information with his statement. Fox said when visiting Stephenville he spoke to one man “who, unfortunately, was not willing to go on the record,” and who claimed he was being harassed by the military.

Allen has said videos and photos are pouring in from everywhere and Cherry said his organization is analyzing many of them.

“We’ve seen a lot of pictures but they have been lens flares or odd cloud formations,” Cherry said.

When asked about the recent footage in Allen’s possession aired by Channel 11 News he said, “The video is interesting and merits further analysis. All others have been eliminated that have come to us so far.”

Steve Hudgeons, senior field investigator with MUFON, met with Allen Saturday to view the entire 14-minute video captured by a person not wishing to be identified.

Allen said a Japanese source is interested in purchasing the video.

Man Claims To Have Video Of Alleged UFO

Survey shows majority of Americans suspect cover-ups, distrust federal government

According to a recent Scripps Howard News Service/Ohio University poll, “Nearly two-thirds of Americans think it is possible that some federal officials had specific warnings of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, but chose to ignore those warnings.”

That was the conclusion explored in a Nov. 20, 2007 article by Kevin Crowe, a reporter for Scripps Howard News Service, and Guido H. Stempel III, director of the Scripps Survey Research Center at Ohio University, Athens, Ohio.

Crowe and Stempel noted that in a Scripps Howard/Ohio University survey in July 2006, “more than one-third of Americans thought federal officials assisted in the 9/11 attacks or took no action to stop them so the United States could go to war in the Middle East.”

The survey looked at Americans’ distrust of the federal government in general and at specific topics like the 9/11 attacks, the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, rigging of international oil prices and questions about what the federal government knows about UFOs and extraterrestrial visitation to Earth.

Crowe and Stempel reported that the survey “was conducted by telephone Sept. 24 to Oct. 10 among 811 adult residents of the United States who were selected at random. The survey was conducted by the Scripps Survey Research Center at Ohio University under a grant from the Scripps Howard Foundation and has a margin of error of about 4 percent.”

In their article, Crowe and Stempel quote several experts and authors on facts and theories involved that may affect Americans’ views on alleged cover-ups and conspiracies.

Of course, when we say “the federal government,” we must look at many individuals, groups, departments and agencies as well as forces behind the scenes. There are many good and honorable people and groups within the federal government. There may also be people and groups that do not fit into these categories.

Two apparently unrelated topics of interest addressed in the survey were the 9/11 attacks and questions about UFOs and extraterrestrial visitation. Looking at these might provide examples of the reasons for doubts by Americans.

The classic example is the response by one British woman who said after 9/11 in comment on the imposition of the U.K’s anti-terrorist law, “I have to give up my liberty in order to be free.”

Being free and sovereign is our birthright. We cannot be free if the truth is hidden or forbidden to us. But, truth can never be permanently fettered. It will break out of any chains!

It is important to understand that we cannot be oppressed if we demand the truth and then live it.

The continuation of the 9/11 world of deception depends completely on us, on our willingness to accept lies OR our insistence on truth. Canada and the world are at a crossroads.

Knowing the truth about what really happened on September 11, 2001 is the critical first step in comprehending the immensity of harm being done to earth and all it’s people by massive deception created by a small clique, a cabal, of greedy people. The same people who are behind the lies about 9/11 are withholding vital earth saving tools.

Exposing the rest of the deception is necessary for our survival on earth.

Who are the people who have the technology and are hiding it from us?

They are the shadow government. They are a group of quasi-governmental but mostly privatized transnational interlocking interests mainly in the corporate, institutional, financial and technology sectors. They operate outside the government structure of the military, the CIA, the NSA, the NRO, army intelligence, air force intelligence. They include think tanks, religious orders.

An intricate sophisticated tightly controlled structure of covert operations hides projects and compartments within other projects and compartments that receive government funding, and whose workers have no idea of the interconnectedness of the widget they work on to another widget in another project.

In the USA, contract work is funded by government under Work for Others contracts. The contractors work for companies such as Lockheed or E Systems, Bechtel, AT&T, Stanford Research Institute (SRI), Bell Labs, General Motors, JPL (Jet Propulsion Labs), IBM. (There are others)

The transnational controlling policy group numbers 200 to 300 people located throughout the world including the USA, China, Latin America, Europe, Russia, The Vatican, the Mormon empire, various institutes. Remember, corporatocracy has no allegiance to nations, and spits on their sovereignty.

They are a transnational group that has infiltrated every significant government in the world, but is answerable to none of them, nor to the people’s of the world. The religious empires have vast financial and corporate holdings linked to the covert programs, but the rank and file have nothing to do with it.

These corporate, financial, transnational interests have been institutionalized in our national bureaucracies in North America by the creation of the Competitiveness Councils in the USA, Canada, and Mexico who are the corporate bagmen. The10 representative companies in each country carry to each national leader the orders from on high in a trickle down effect. They tell the leaders and their minions of each country to jump, and each leader only asks how high.

Clandestine funding is being siphoned out of every US agency, through dummy programs. Fired NASA Whistleblower to Reveal New Apollo Secrets Kept Classified by Space Agency for Over 40 Years.

Dr. Ken Johnston, former Manager of the Data and Photo Control Division at NASA’s Lunar Receiving Laboratory during the manned Apollo Lunar Exploration Effort in the 1970′s, was abruptly terminated Tuesday morning, October 23rd, from NASA’s prestigious “Solar System Ambassador” (SSA) Program at JPL. The firing was direct reprisal for Johnston’s published account in a New York Times Best Seller, “Dark Mission: the Secret History of NASA,” of how NASA ordered him, 40 years ago, to destroy key Apollo lunar images and data — rather than allow them to be preserved for academic study and public view. Johnston will testify at an Enterprise Mission sponsored National Press Club news conference this Tuesday, October 30th (Zenger Room, 9:00 AM) , how he disobeyed these NASA orders, secretly preserving the critical Apollo images. Johnston will then show some of the “missing” Apollo frames — which confirm the existence of long-rumored “ancient artificial ruins and technology on the Moon,” discovered by the Apollo astronauts but legally classified under the 1958 Space Act by NASA for over 40 years.

Johnston will be joined by Richard C. Hoagland, former NASA consultant and CBS News Science Science Advisor during the Apollo lunar missions. The History Channel 9/11 special that aired last night was by far the worst hit piece we have ever witnessed, a completely savage, dishonest and deceptive abomination, replete with dirty tricks, malicious lies and a level of journalistic fraud that goes way beyond simple bias.

Bradley Davis, the producer of 9/11 Conspiracies: Fact Or Fiction, is a paid liar and a hit piece specialist who deceives people by gaining their confidence and then attacking them behind their back.

He is famous for the smear job documentary on Michael Jackson and makes a career out of conning people and then stabbing them in the back. His tongue is so smooth, that even the Loose Change crew were prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt on his impartiality before last night’s hit piece was aired, with Davis having tricked them into believing he was a friend.

Before filming began, Alex Jones asked Davis point blank if the documentary was going to be a hit piece, which Davis denied. After we brought attention to the History Channel’s blurb on their website, which clearly characterized the show as a hit piece, Davis panicked and promised to alter the promo, calling it a “misrepresentation,” as well as re-edit the entire program to make it more balanced. The promo temporarily disappeared from the website and the broadcast of the show was put back by a week.

Well, If you have nothing to hide, why would you be making these changes. I thought this was an interesting view on the type of material these secret group want to keep secret. We know very well, the CIA has its own agenda and same goes for the Jesuit(Vatican covert group).

A program called “Wikiscanner” designed to show the origination of Wikipedia edits is revealing the shocking, hilarious, shady, bizarre and often clearly biased origins of many Wikipedia entries. Some of the edits may be meant as harmless (albeit rude) pranks, but many others are a deliberate effort to misinform the public by rewriting “facts”, or by covering up the truth.

Central Intelligence Agency computers, for example, were found to be the sources of nearly 300 edits to subjects including Iran’s president, the Argentine navy, and China’s nuclear arsenal.

“While I cannot confirm whether any changes were made from CIA computers, the agency always expects its computer systems to be used responsibly,” CIA spokesman George Little said in response to the incidents.

A Vatican computer was used to remove documented evidence linking Ireland’s Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams to a decades-old double murder.

Politics are also playing a big part in the “Wiki War”. Recently, an edit traced back to computers at the US Democratic Party’s Congressional campaign committee changed a description of conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh to replace “comedian” with “bigot” and dubbed his listeners “legally retarded.”

“We don’t condone these sorts of activities and we take every precaution to insure our network is used in a responsible manner,” committee spokesman Doug Thornell responded.

A Republican Party computer was used after the US invasion of Iraq to change “occupying forces” to “liberating forces” in a Baath Party entry. A United Nations computer was identified as the source of an edit that referred to a respected Italian journalist a “promiscuous racist”. Those types of changes may seem small, but when they are specifically calculated to sway public opinion, the issue becomes bigger than the actual edits.

Media outlets are also staging “attacks”. An edit traced by Wikiscanner to the BBC, changed the cause of former prime minister Tony Blair’s heart palpitations from strong coffee and vigorous gym workouts to vodka and exertion in the bedroom. Wikiscanner also identified a BBC computer as being used to change US president George W. Bush’s middle name from “Walker” to “Wanker”. A computer belonging to Reuters news service is listed as adding “mass murderer” to a description of Bush. Recently Fox News network got caught heavily editing Wikipedia entries in a full-out effort to smear rivals.

In fact, lots of groups are taking “creative” liberties in editing Wikipedia says programmer Virgil Griffith, who developed Wikiscanner. He says it is a common practice for politicians on both sides of the field to “whitewash” entries by replacing negative adjectives with flattering ones, and that politicians and corporations often insert criticism of their competitors.

Corporations also show similar tendencies to remove critical information, according to Griffith. For instance, Diebold, a company famous for making electronic voting machines got caught deleting entire paragraphs that explained the limitations of electronic voting. PepsiCo deleted several paragraphs that mentioned the detrimental health effects of soft drinks.

Jimmy Wales, founder of the Wikimedia Foundation, which runs Wikipedia, says the site discourages such “conflict of interest” editing, but he admits, “We don’t make it an absolute rule.”

In theory, a free encyclopedia that everyone edits sounds utopian. However, in reality it has not turned out to be a reliable source of unbiased information. The obvious problem is that if anyone can write whatever they feel like—regardless of reality—it becomes virtually impossible to ensure that information is factual. Even with Wikiscanner, it seems unlikely that the biased editing will stop, rather people will just be smarter about what location they do any potentially incriminating editing from.

Another limitations of the Wikipedia model is that it can’t be used as a credible reference source. From a scholarly perspective, using a Wikipedia entry as a reference isn’t much better than referencing your 14 year old brother. After all, he may have written the entry.

But is there a way to have an open online encyclopedia that doesn’t encounter these limitations? A nonprofit called Digital Universe (http://www.dufoundation.org ) believes there is. They are gearing up to unleash their version of the ideal free online encyclopedia this Fall, which will collaborate with hundreds of experts in virtually every field to steward entries.

The general idea is that while the world should have access to free information, that information should be more than just free—it should be meticulously cited and factual, as well. As with Wikipedia, the general public will be encouraged to contribute. The main difference will be that entries will be crosschecked for accuracy by experts in that field prior to posting. A system of counter-checks is meant to keep things relatively unbiased and fair. No doubt this new online encyclopedia will encounter it’s own limitations, but it will be nice to have a reliable alternative to the Wiki war.

Canada integrating with the U.S.A.

In the absence of news media covering all major events, I am offering this series of short writings and inquiries.

SPP and the North American Union

As some of you may know, Canada is in the process of aligning its policies with those of the USA. Very quietly. Without public debate. It is all part of the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) signed in Waco, Texas, 2005. This is not a left-right issue – Martin signed the accord, Harper is ardently continuing it. This seems to be a corporate-driven venture.

What does SPP mean for Canadians?

We are adopting US immigration, security and foreign policy. Commits Canada to supporting US lead wars on terror and increased military spending. Our military is now led by USA’s Northcom. We now have no-fly lists. We are likely to have to accept fingerprinting and other biometrics. We will be
required to treat immigrants and refugees differently.

Our resources will be proportionally shared. Huge areas of the US are short of water. Our government is currently moving toward bulk exporting of water. Oil export will increase (now 63%) due to ‘proportional sharing).

Lowered environmental and health protection. NAFTA already allows corporations to sue our federal governments when their regulations stand in the way of profit. SPP allows corporations to sue provincial and municipal governments – which is where many safety standards rest.

Loss of democracy – it is intended that Canada, USA and Mexico will merge into a North American Union (NAU), having one currency, the Amero. The Union will be overseen by 10 non-elected corporate CEOs from each country.

Accelerating privatisation of health care and other public services.

President Bush is arriving in Montebello, Quebec this Summer – August 19-21st – meeting with Calderon, Harper and the 30 CEOs for the next stage in this integration. If this matters to you, join the demonstrations in your city (1:00 pm at City Hall, Ottawa, Sunday 19th August) or at Montebello 19-21st.

We need to consider these events, and their effects for future generations.

In the Independent, Kathy Marks reports that the Australian Defense Minister Brendan Nelson “admitted that oil was a major factor in the government’s decision to keep troops in Iraq” in an interview on the Australian Broadcasting Corp. When Australia joined the Coalition that took part in the invasion of Iraq, Nelson said that their goal was to fight terrorism and destroy weapons of mass destruction. If this happened in the U.S., it would the same as Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announcing that we had gone into Iraq for the wrong reasons.

Marks quotes Nelson as saying, “Energy security is extremely important to all nations throughout the world, and of course in protecting and securing Australia’s interests. Obviously the Middle East itself, not only Iraq but the entire region, is an important supplier of energy, oil in particular, to the rest of the world. Australians and all of us need to think what would happen if there was a premature withdrawal from Iraq.”

Australia sent 2,000 troops to Iraq in 2003, and still has 1,000 troops there, as well as 600 air force and navy personnel in the area.

The Remote Viewing Archives

” Remote Viewing ” (mental spying) was initially carried out by Eastern Block countries at the height of the ” Cold War.”

Secret PSI research associated with the state security and defense establishment was going on in the former U.S.S.R. and its many satellite communist countries since the early 50′s.

Paradoxically, the Soviet Union, although based on pragmatic and dogmatic, no-nonsense materialistic principles devoid of any spiritual content, had since the early 1950′s developed many PSI laboratories in order to study the applications of what the Soviets coined Psychotronic (bio energetic) research.

They had a clear lead in this field over any other country.

Military – controlled research centers specializing in the paraphysical were set up in Moscow, Leningrad (today called St. Peterburg), Omsk, Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Saratov, and the heavily guarded room B12 at Solnechnogorsk (NE of Moscow).

According to some yet classified documents, other establishments were set up in the U.S.S.R. for the same purpose in Siberia and at the Durov Institute.

These laboratories were under the control of either the K.G.B. or the G.R.U. (Military intelligence branch).

In contrast to their Western counterparts, these institutes were unencumbered by the desire and necessity to conduct double-blind studies, uniformly repeatable experiments, and to publish their results in international publications, at the risk of encountering the ire of skeptical colleagues. They, therefore, invited and studied naturally gifted psychics, psychokinetic performers, Siberian shamans, and Indian yogis.

Their stated purpose was “mental spying.” However, in reality, they had more sinister goals in mind, centered around the ability to control the minds of individuals at a distance. The Soviets felt a fanatical need for the indoctrination to their cause of masses of people, selected high-placed influential individuals in the West, or terrorist cells.

The perceived bellicose intentions and military arms race of many Western societies increased their paranoia, made them overreact by isolating themselves, and caused them to try frenetically to win the “war that could only leave, if at all, one winner upon the face of this planet, and most probably none.”

In the megalomaniacal world of the “Cold War, ” the possibility to control, without the targets’ knowledge, the minds of selected individuals at any distance became a paramount goal within the Soviet’s security system apparatus. It seemed to them as the perfect weapon.

The Soviets successfully set-up ELF (extremely low frequency) devices who could pulse subliminal sound messages at targeted individuals (using key words embedded in white noise or infra sound music) in order to manipulate their minds and their behavioral impulses.

Microwave pulsed behavioral modification and mind-control techniques were also used in the former U.S.S.R.. One of the most famous case involving such technology involved the discovery of this technology being applied to the U.S. embassy in Moscow that greatly alarmed the State Department and U.S. Intelligence. Despite vehement protests by the U.S. Government and concern for the mental and physical health of its embassy’s staff, the Soviets continued with their constant beaming of microwave signals towards the embassy. Henceforth, the embassy was literally shielded from these radiations by covering its entire structure with metallic plates. The full account of this incident is still classified.

Experiments attempting to instantly hypnotize subjects by purely telepathic means, without the subjects knowing in advance that they would be the targets of these highly concentrated “mind-waves,” were successfully carried out by the Soviets over distances of up to 2000 miles.

The best Psychotronic Research within the Eastern block was carried out in Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland. The Czechs and the Bulgarians achieved very interesting results.

Kirlian Photography, named after its inventor Semyon Davidovich Kirlian, was found to be a better lie-detector machine that the other lie-detection techniques.

Some of the finest clairvoyants in the world worked for the Bulgarian Secret Police, dreaded for its implacable methods devoid of any sentimentalism.

The Bulgarian Secret Police had tight liaisons with the Institutes of Suggestology and Parapsychology in Sofia and Petrich.

The K.G.B. (Soviet security and intelligence) conducted some so-called deep-black operations where attempts were made to assassinate individuals, or have them commit suicide, by the use of “psychotronic techniques.” Although it seems that the K.G.B. was at least partially successful in some cases, the author refuses to dwell on further into this negative side of Soviet “mind research.”

In the U.S. although “mind control” experiments using hypnosis, behavioral modifying drugs, ELF, VLF (very low frequency sounds: 20-35 khz), and all kind of technical gadgetry had been tested on human subjects since the end of WWII (project MKULTRA) by the intelligence agencies, “remote viewing” abilities had been shunned by the operative technocrats of the C.I.A. and its predecessor: the O.S.S.

This was probably due to a cultural religious bias that many top brass of the agencies had against psychic abilities that they considered as the domain of spiritism and “malefic” forces.

Nevertheless, when it became apparent that the Soviets were making great strides in the subject of mental espionage and were spending in 1970 more than 60 million rubles on it (this sum reached 300+ millions by the mid-70′s), American intelligence became quite alarmed and after a detailed analysis took the Soviet “psychotronic” threat very seriously.

It then commissioned several programs to look into operative modalities that could duplicate and eventually outperform the Soviet successes that had by then been confirmed by Humint (human intelligence ) and electronic intelligence.

The main program was given to laser specialist Dr. Harold Puthoff (a former N.S.A. member during his military service at fort Mead, Maryland) and Russell Targ who both worked at Stanford Research institute (SRI), a gigantic scientific think-tank attached to Stanford University in California. SRI was already involved in many scientific projects for the defense establishment.

The initial RV (remote viewing) experiments happened in February 1972 using mainly Ingo Swann, a talented New York psychic, as a test subject.

Initially the testing modalities involved using computer generated random chosen targets that were then visited by human “beacons” to report back if the description given by the test subject seated in a “Faraday cage” at SRI (in order to shield him or her from any outside electromagnetic force) corresponded to the reality of what the “beacons” were seeing while witnessing the target site or object.

The first experiments were highly successful, and the CIA contracted hence SRI for an initial period in order to streamline and define the training and operational modalities of “remote viewing.”

Since most of the targets that were of interest to the defense establishment were secret sites in the Soviet Republics whose real location needed to remain classified and could not be revealed to the civilian remote viewers of SRI, an attempt was made to use geographical coordinates instead of other means to describe theses sites.

The results were as impressive as before, even though the test subject had no idea of what these coordinates corresponded to.

The use of coordinates (latitude and longitude) is what caused the project to be initially coded as Scan gate.

The US Army intelligence branch sent some personnel to be trained as remote viewers at SRI and opened their own operational top-secret unit with code names such as Sun Streak, Center Lane, and Grill Flames.

Eventually, SRI realized that instead of giving the RV (remote viewers) real coordinates, it was enough to give him or her a series of random generated numbers that the computer had assigned to the target.

SRI also realized that human beacons were not needed and that one got statistically the same rate of success without them.

Another strange realization made by SRI was that the RV would get the same rate of success whether the computer chose the target before its description by the RV or after! In other words, the RV was describing a remote target that would be chosen randomly by a computer in the future (even days or weeks later) after his or her description of it. This meant that the remote viewer was describing an event (the choice of target) belonging to the future.

We had therefore proof that, not only could one instantly bridge space as the remote viewers were doing routinely, but that time could be also traveled forward in the future in an instantaneous fashion!

Another proof of this phenomenon came as follows: SRI realized that if the subject would not be given in his or her future a definite feedback as to the success or failure of his or her description of the targeted site, the chance were very high that the Remote Viewing session would be a failure!

In other words: one needed an act of retroaction (feedback) in order to make that future feedback (picture shown of real target or just verbal feedback) a reality of success or not that would be given and experienced by the test subject.

This might be at first difficult to comprehend by non-RV and individuals not trained in the discipline of quantum physics. We had here a statistically significant proof that the future influences the past!

This means that the past (the memory of it) can be manipulated and changed depending on the presence or not of an event that chooses (quantum physicists would say that collapses the quantum probability function) to confirm or deny a certain correlated reality in the past!

Therefore, not only is the future malleable, but so is the past!

This is at the core of the technique (until now unexplained anywhere) that Mr. O’Donnell explains and where he shows that in order to choose one’s future, one needs within certain modalities to often change one’s past or memory of it (which is the same thing!)

In quantum physics research, a related experiment called-the double-slit delayed choice experiment was successfully carried out in the mid-80′s at the University of Maryland and the University of Munich, Germany. It proved beyond the shadow of a doubt that decisions taken in the present affect results achieved in the past, or that the future affects the past. That is to say that the effect affects the cause.

Mr. O’Donnell leaves each individual to ponder about the stupendous implications that this statement carries about the nature of reality, and will not explain it further. Rather, he uses it pragmatically for practical purposes.

Early in the protocol of SRI a technique coined Associational Remote Viewing was developed that allowed one to know in advance whether a particular remote viewing session targeting for instance precise information of a mundane type such as the numbers pertaining to a future lottery drawing, or the results of a future horse race, or the value of the DJIA for the next day etc. was most probably a correct prediction that could used to one’s advantage, or whether mental noise had been introduced and the vision was skewed and no money should be invested on it.

This very ingenious method is explained together with the foundation course that Mr. O’Donnell sends out.

SRI basically developed two protocols for remote viewing. The original one was a type of viewing where the RV was seated in front of an individual: “the monitor,” that would carefully help the viewer in his or her “remote trip” by asking him or her relevant questions in an interactive manner.

The viewer was also seated in a special biofeedback monitoring chair where special subliminal and tonal frequencies were beamed at his or her ears in order to help him or her attain a stage where the electroencephalographic trace and skin galvanometric response would detect a predominance of Alpha (7 to 14 cycles per second) or Theta waves (4-7 cycles per seconds) within the brain of the remote viewer. This Theta level correlates with the hypnagogic state that precedes sleep where one encounters a predominance of delta waves: 0-3 cycles per seconds (besides the periods of rapid eye movements were alpha waves: 7 to 14 cycles per second are predominant). At which point a special tonal frequency sound would be emitted by the biofeedback machine in order to allow the subject to recognize this state and hopefully be easily able to enter it at will in the future. And the remote viewing experience would start from that moment on.

The second protocol ( ERV or Extended Remote Viewing) was much more loose and devoid of technical gadgetry. In this case the individual would go deeply within him/herself until he or she felt that he or she was able to separate his or her awareness from his or her physical body and go for extended trips to remote locations bridging either space, time, or both. He or she would verbally record on a tape recorder his or her impressions and often sketch them, on a piece of paper.

Well-trained remote viewers would often get the impression of having a so-called phantom body that could go at will through walls and examine a location from an elevated high perspective or from a very close one, depending on his or her desire.

SRI attracted the attention of the DIA, NSA, Naval intelligence, INSCOM which is the intelligence branch of the army, and many members of the US Congress and Senate ( ex: Senator Clairborne Pell). As a matter of fact, early in the program, groups of army personnel were chosen to undergo the training that SRI provided and they started their own “remote viewing” units. These units came from the mid-80′s until the early 90′s under the tutelage of the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), and operated mainly out of Fort Mead, Maryland. Other units were rumored to exist.

Russell Targ left SRI in 1982 to form together with gifted RV Keith Harary their own remote viewing organization: Delphi Associates. They won a large sum of money after trading the silver future markets based on remote viewing predictions made by Keith Harary that had an almost perfect accuracy rate.

Dr. Puthoff left SRI as head of the remote viewing program in 1985 and was replaced by Ed May, a former Naval Intelligence Officer. Director Ed May moved the whole program under the tutelage of SAIC in 1991.

Most of these defense-related projects are now either defunct or have gone deeply undercover (totally unproven) since 1995 for unknown reasons.

The Europeans have very effective RV units and so do some other intelligence units belonging to other countries. However, none of them has ever officially declassified any of their material. The anecdotal details of their operations cannot be revealed. Their RV methodology targets even deeper levels of mind (interface point with delta) than the US. protocols.

The only known leak in European spheres happened in the Soviet union where “mind control” electronic equipment was made commercially available by cash-strapped former research laboratories.

In the US, on the other hand, since the official recognition by the CIA in November 1995 of the 20+ year project and the declassification of some of the related material, many former defense trained Remote Viewers or RV analysts have come forward and broken their code of silence.

Some have written books about their espionage experiences, and others have opened Institutes where they teach for a fee remote viewing methods to the general public. A great deal of media hype seems to have somehow inflated their feats.

The author feels very strongly that on the eve of the next Millennium all these newly open avenues of exploration of the infinite powers of the mind cannot but be of major help to all of us as humanity.

The Government and the Press Win Their Arguments By Ignoring Courtroom Evidence

The government and the press with single-mindedness use one basic premise to confuse people regarding the presence of beings from other planets coming to earth. They ignore courtroom evidence. Evidence according to a legal dictionary is: “… all the means by which any alleged matter of fact, the truth of which is submitted to investigation at judicial trial, is established or disapproved. Evidence includes the testimony of witnesses, introduction of records, documents, exhibits or any other relevant matter offered for the purpose of inducing the trier of the facts (fact finder’s) belief in the party’s contention”. In other words eyewitness testimony and physical evidence related to the incident being studied is admissible as proof that the incident did occur in the manner described. It is important to understand that the position taken by the government and the press has nothing to do with the reality of the extraterrestrial phenomena. In other words they know that beings from other planets are routinely visiting earth and that some species walk among us. Therefore, why do the press and the government work so hard to keep people confused about beings from other planets coming to earth? The government keeps people confused because they feel that the people of the world could not or would not be able to deal with the truth. As happened with the 1938 radio broadcast of The War of the Worlds” many people would panic and chaos would result if people knew the truth. In this case any risk is an unnecessary risk. Better to keep the people confused. On the extraterrestrial issue the position of the press is in part to support the government. The press realizes that if they consistently presented only truths to the people of earth that the result would be massive demonstrations against the institutions, which we require for leadership. Note that I said, in part, they support the government. They also know that our system of government would not be able to survive without the people knowing the truth on all the most important issues. Therefore, their method of handling virtually all controversial issues is to tell the people the truth and then to present alternative opinions regardless of how untruthful or silly these alternative opinions happen to be. This source and method is used extensively by the press to support the government as well as educate the public regarding the truth on all issues of importance to the people of the earth. There are few exceptions to this practice by the press. To illustrate this point lets consider the issue of an extraterrestrial abductee. A person abducted by the extraterrestrials may have near total recall of their experiences with them. Jim Sparks can attest to that. He can describe in great detail the appearance of the craft and the beings who abducted him. He can also reflect with authority his experiences with them. There is no doubt that Jim Sparks has detailed knowledge of his experiences with beings from other planets. In my opinion he has no motivation to be less than truthful. His first hand accounts are admissible in a court of law should our government require his testimony. All you have to do is look at his presentation from the point of view of being in a courtroom with the reader as a member of the jury evaluating his case. By examining the extraterrestrial phenomena in this manner you will begin the process of separating fact from fiction as presented by our government and the press. I have been a student of the extraterrestrial phenomena since 1991. The first 7 years of information came completely from television and an occasional newspaper article. Many of the programs on the Discovery Channel, A & E Channel, The History Channel and Sci-Fi Channel contain significant truths about our alien visitors. These programs also frequently contain disinformation in order to give others a reason to disregard the fact that beings are coming to earth from other planets. They often present their information in this manner purposely to help those who cannot deal with the truth adjust to the fact that alien visitors are coming to earth. In other words those who are afraid of the truth are given an opportunity to stay in denial of this truth until they are ready to adjust to the facts in the case. Here you have it in an abbreviated form. The corner stone of the government position is: a.) To deny and exercise the premises of decoy, destruction and trash. b.) Never admit to the truth! c.) Whenever possible introduce additional information that will confuse anyone interested in the phenomena. d.) Make things up. For example, simply say the event didn’t happen. The witness could not have been with the extraterrestrials he was at the movies. The witness was visiting relatives. The witness is delusional. It doesn’t matter that none of these statements are true. People who are not experienced with how they are being manipulated will be so confused about the other possibilities to the courtroom evidence supplied by the witness that they will simply go on about their daily activities as if the story they were told was not true. Remember the key to success for the government is to ignore courtroom type evidence. Clearly beings from other planets are coming to earth. Some are here to visit. In other words they are tourist. Some are here as scientist. They are here to study our civilization. Some are here to help us. They work among us and help us invent things that they know we will find useful. They are helping us to absorb technology at a pace that is comfortable for our civilization. They are helping us to become a sustainable civilization. They want us to one day join their galactic federation. Several years ago I had the privilege to spend a year taking a course titled, A Course In Miracles from a minister of the Unity Church. I learned a number of important lessons in this course, but one of the most important was that there are universal truths. The mere fact that we do not know or understand something does not change the facts in the case. Beings similar to us are coming to earth and are among us. Your decision to believe that this statement is not true will not change the fact that they are here and have been for a very long time.
